Great new pet supply store with lots of different items, and they also sell dogs as well!

I bought my dog Owen on 8/21/25 a Pomapoo. I had been in before with my grandson but that day…read moreapparently every puppy had just pooped and the place smelled so bad my 6 yr. old grandson couldn't stand it so we left. I kept checking online to see if the puppy I liked that day was still available and after a week or so went back to get him. The staff there were nice and helpful although once I paid they completely ignored me so I just left. Anyway I just read a review by Katie L. and my puppy had Giardia as well. When I called and asked for reimbursement on the medication my vet had to prescribe I was told it was a common thing and that my vet overcharged and they were not responsible for anything. I then went through all the medical records and saw their vet had treated him for it a couple weeks earlier and his last fecal showed it was gone. He ended up getting it an additional 2 more times since. They never told me he had had it or that other puppies there had been treated for it. I probably wouldn't have bought him if I had known that. Owen is now 11 months old and doesn't eat well at all. I've tried dozens of different dog foods and he refuses to eat any of them except one but he'll only eat that out of a treat dispenser. He doesn't even like human food. I'm guessing all the treatments have messed up his stomach and I'm afraid of the other long term effects this may have on his body. He was brought to NH from Tennessee so I'm wondering what kind of breeder he came from. No real info on parents either.

Dear Petco Customer Relations Team,…read more On March 31, 2026, I visited the Petco store in Nashua, NH to return a cockatiel I purchased about 15 days earlier, within the 30-day return policy. At the register, the cashier called Manager Sarah, and General Manager Nick also came over. Both confronted me in front of other customers, stating I cause them stress and that they would refuse to sell me pets in the future. The cockatiel showed ongoing aggression and did not bond with my family despite consistent effort, so I believed returning him was the responsible choice. I was also concerned about his prior care and enrichment. Although the refund was processed, the public and accusatory interaction left me feeling humiliated and unwelcome. This has significantly impacted my trust in Petco. I request this incident be reviewed and documented, and I would appreciate a written response confirming receipt of my complaint. Thank you for your attention.

So apparently they can just make up bad information about you pet while grooming, put it in their…read moresystem which then blacklists you from all petco grooming sites if they don't like you or don't want to service you. These notes are intentionally kept a secret from you after the fact so as to screw you over next time you try to book an appointment. This popped up when I was trying to book an appointment for my dog which is less than 20lbs, and has never hurt anyone or another dog nor shown any signs of doing so. They accused him of being a biter and said they'd still do the service but stop and keep the money if he did bite at them. Again - this dog has always been friendly towards people. We train and socialize him well. He's never bitten anybody or been aggressive towards other dogs or humans. He flops down belly up for strangers when they visit. There is also a public database for dog biters you can look up. They accuse him of biting at another location, DONT TELL US and then say "eh we'll maybe service you now". It's a scam that they employ to just want to take your money for no work. If there really was a problem last time, why not tell us? Is there any verification of it happening, and additionally if you claim it happens again now how would anybody even be able to prove it? It's clearly something they do to steal your money. Joke of a company.

If I could give less than zero stars as a rating to the GNHS I would!! But it is forcing to make a…read morestar rating. We brought a beautiful cat to HSGN a week ago. The owners moved and left the poor 1 year old adorable cat behind to fend for himself. We have lots of predators (coyote, fisher cats etc) and worried every night he was outside trying to survive. Thinking we were doing the right thing, we brought him to this place that we trusted!!! We expected they would help acclimate him and find him a loving home. The cat visited me and my neighbors several times a day and interacted gently with our cats. He never hissed, growled or showed any aggression at all. He deserved a loving home after being abandoned. They kept the cat in a cage and when the cage door opened and human hands came in at him he bit the tech. I was there to visit him on this day. I couldnt see him and was told they were going to euthanize him. I begged and begged for them to let me take him home and this awful woman named BECKY was rude, cold, unempathetic and has the absolute worse attitude!! She is clearly on a power trip. BECKY was far more aggressive than I ever saw the cat (the cat was not aggressive at all, just scared). This gorgeous cat was euthanized today!!!!!!!! This place should change their name to the INHUMANE Society. I used to donate food and make financial contributions. I will NEVER EVER donate here again and will NEVER EVER bring any animal to them!!! Do NOT trust your animal, a lost animal or stray with them. My entire neighborhood is angry, hurt and incredibly upset over the loss of our neighborhood Fluffy cat. I offered them a solution to save this cat and BECKY dismissed me and disregarded my plea to save Fluffy. She is AWFUL!!!!!!!!! She should be fired!!!!! I have seen many complaints and bad reviews all naming BECKY!!!!! SAVE YOUR ANIMALS AND TAKE THEM TO A TRUE NO-KILL FACILITY NOT TO THE INHUMANE SOCIETY OF GREATER NASHUA NH!!!!!!!!
