I never have to wait more than a few minutes or feel confused by their process. Most importantly, I love my physician, Dr. Herrington! Highly recommend for expecting mothers and any woman.

I received Botox at this location and feel that too much was placed in one area, which caused significant drooping above both my eyes and made it difficult for me to open them properly. I returned to explain what was happening, and the nurse told me she did not think anything could be done. She then brought the doctor in, but the nurse never came back into the room. I also signed up for a monthly Botox plan and was told touch-ups were available. I called to schedule an appointment because I was hoping a touch-up could help correct the drooping. I was told that I couldn't do touch ups. Was told later that touch-ups could be done 14-21 days after the service. My three-month appointment was only two days away when they called to confirm, and that was when I was informed of the timing. The whole experience was upsetting. The procedure itself was uncomfortable, and I was left dealing with very noticeable eye drooping for weeks. When I brought up my concerns, the response felt dismissive, even though I was told by the dr my forehead looked smooth, that didn't change the fact that I was unhappy with the results my above my eyes. Please do your research before getting Botox and make sure you feel confident in the provider you choose. I hope others have a better experience, but mine was extremely frustrating.

At first all seemed great: nice clean office, staff was nice, quick annual exam. Then when trying…read moreto explain that we have been ttc for 4 years I was given a package to fill out to start testing 2 months later and still haven't heard anything. When I call they say she is still reviewing it (mind u it was the same stuff that was in my original paperwork). And now today!! I am in so much pain from my period I called at 2 and was told she would call me today before office closes and not a damn thing!! I deal with terrible cramps each month and some months are worse than others which she knew this but only wanted to put me on birth control which for obvious reasons I do not want. Rant over sorry

Definitely will never recommend this doctor to anyone. Actually I'll make sure to let people know…read moremy experience. Let's start at the beginning I have irregular periods so before I found out I was pregnant I didn't have a period in at least 7 months. Dr. Rachelle sent me to go do blood work which came back that my hormone levels were low so she put me on progesterone. Also I had moderate bacteria found in my blood work. Dr. Rachelle told me she would send me for a ultrasound to see exactly how far I am. She said if I was at-least 8 weeks she would feel better putting me on the medication. I was 8 weeks and a day when I went do a ultrasound. I get a phone call the next day from her office just to tel me my due date. So I was confused the whole point of me getting the ultrasound was to see how far I was to be put on medication. With no answer given to me for two weeks I decided I needed to start looking for another physician and make a appointment for another opinion. I got a appointment but it's not until December 14th. I called Dr. Rachelles on December 2nd and said look I never was treated for this do I need to be put on medication or it's nothing to worry about I haven't heard from y'all in two weeks about it. They told me they would not be able to give me any medication because I was going to see another physician. I wouldn't have wanted to see another physician if you would take care of your patients properly. The sad part is I had to end up going to a walk in to get put on medication because I wanted to make sure my baby and I was okay. What if something between those two weeks I as your patient and something happened to my child because y'all didn't do what y'all were supposed to do. We are supposed to trust our doctor not be scared. Other than the receptionist they are nice but as for as everyone else it seems like they hate their jobs no smiles no nothing. What a horrible experience!!!
