I received Botox at this location and feel that too much was placed in one area, which caused significant drooping above both my eyes and made it difficult for me to open them properly. I returned to explain what was happening, and the nurse told me she did not think anything could be done. She then brought the doctor in, but the nurse never came back into the room. I also signed up for a monthly Botox plan and was told touch-ups were available. I called to schedule an appointment because I was hoping a touch-up could help correct the drooping. I was told that I couldn't do touch ups. Was told later that touch-ups could be done 14-21 days after the service. My three-month appointment was only two days away when they called to confirm, and that was when I was informed of the timing. The whole experience was upsetting. The procedure itself was uncomfortable, and I was left dealing with very noticeable eye drooping for weeks. When I brought up my concerns, the response felt dismissive, even though I was told by the dr my forehead looked smooth, that didn't change the fact that I was unhappy with the results my above my eyes. Please do your research before getting Botox and make sure you feel confident in the provider you choose. I hope others have a better experience, but mine was extremely frustrating.

Regardless of the issue. She will find it and will not stop until she does. I was in pain for days and Monday, the pain was unbearable. I don't want to go to an Emergency room out of fear my problem wouldn't have been found. I called them on the day and they took me in for an ultrasound for my pcos. The pain wasn't coming from my cyst. She could have easily told me to see another Dr. but she didn't. She suspected appendicitis and made every move she could to get me in for a cat scan. Within a couple hours she had me head to the cat scan. And emergency surgery for my appendix. She saw my pain. And knew it was real. She pays attention and listens. I have to say. Her and her staff saved me from something really bad. I can't thank them enough!!!

She has even addressed issues that were not related to her specialty at no extra cost. Original Review: I've gone to this location back when it was the Breast Center (now Solis Mammography) a few times in the past, and my experiences were always very positive. They used to be great; made be very comfortable and the ladies that worked there are very nice. This year was terrible. I had Sara as the tech, who is probably 5 inches taller than me. She set the exam thing at her height so I am on my tip toes the whole time. It was very painful, whereas in the past it wasn't, she said she was trying to get clear pictures as I was dense in the notes. I remember her name, as I do not want her again. On top of that, I was not informed ahead of time that the facility is now out of network for my insurance. As a result, I received a $114 bill that I could have easily avoided by going elsewhere. What happened to the supposed no surprise bill thing? Lastly, billing has become frustrating to deal with. Calls are handled through an overseas center, and while the representatives are polite, they seem limited to taking payments and are not able to resolve issues. So - Don't get Sara unless you are taller but then she still presses the mess out of your poor breasts so. . . And verify it is fully covered, record them on the phone ahead of time so you don't get a surprise bill.

My tech had me in and out of there in ten minutes flat and asked if I was feeling comfortable throughout the x rays. It wasn't bad at all and I was on my way in no time. Although Dr. Clarke noted my complaints with using a CPAP and BIPAP, she totally disregarded them afterwards. Dr. Clarke also wrongly stated CDL drivers have to show compliance for all levels of Sleep Apnea. The FMCSA website states that only CDL drivers with moderate to severe Sleep Apnea have to show compliance with a machine. Dr. Clarke also mentioned modifying my current BIPAP back into a CPAP although I told her neither one was comfortable nor felt like was helping or actually needed. Dr. Clarke also questioned wether I lost weight recently although she could see my current weight matched my weight from my records from the previous Doctor. I didn't know it then but it was because I wasn't a candidate for Sleep Apnea according to the FMCSA.

By the time you wake up from a procedure, you're really drowsy, so you can't remember what was told to you. The staff doesn't communicate with your family member that picks you up, to let them know what has been done to you. Several times, I've been told that I was going to have a certain procedure done before I receive anesthesia, but when I get home & the anesthesia wears off, I read the paper given to me & it says that I had a completely different procedure done. When I call & ask which procedure was actually done to me, I get multiple answers from different staff members! That is not safe, incase something were to happen & the patient would end up having to go to the hospital & they wouldn't know what to tell the doctor as to exactly which procedure was done!! NOT good at all!! On a positive note, whichever procedure the doctor decides to do on me in order to help me feel better, is perfectly fine with me because if it doesn't help me feel completely better the first time, then they simply repeat the procedure a few weeks later until I feel much better & am not in anymore pain for a while.
