They brushed off my symptoms, saying it was just a "tick" or something mental and that it was normal. They had me try five different medications just to get me out the door, then refused to refill any of them without another return visit. Refused to do my daughter's surgery because the doctor did not believe that i properly understood the instructions, when it was scheduled already for two months in advance. For over the Christmas holiday to avoid her missing school. Was told that she would have to go to get bloodwork done at the hospital with next to no notice after the office insisted that they informed me. Was making arrangements with my job since i am a single father and the doctor decided that bssed on the fact that i did not recall her having to get bloodwork done that the dr. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Clarke for a second opinion regarding Sleep Apnea. The visit went south rather quickly because it seemed as if Dr. Clarke was positioning herself to continue what the first Doctor started. Although Dr. Clarke noted my complaints with using a CPAP and BIPAP, she totally disregarded them afterwards. Dr. Clarke also wrongly stated CDL drivers have to show compliance for all levels of Sleep Apnea. The FMCSA website states that only CDL drivers with moderate to severe Sleep Apnea have to show compliance with a machine. Dr. Clarke also mentioned modifying my current BIPAP back into a CPAP although I told her neither one was comfortable nor felt like was helping or actually needed. Dr. Clarke also questioned wether I lost weight recently although she could see my current weight matched my weight from my records from the previous Doctor. I didn't know it then but it was because I wasn't a candidate for Sleep Apnea according to the FMCSA. read more

After years of ear problems, from the time I was born, I have finally found an ENT Clinic that really makes it their goal to help people. The staff and nurses are very good! And, the doctors are excellent!!! Dr. Savage is the best audiologist there is! She is a true professional, very helpful and strives to help people. Thanks to her, and her recommendation of the right hearing aides, I can now hear! She is a miracle worker! I see Dr. Eldredge and she is absolutely amazing. She is the only doctor I have ever seen that makes it a point to know my medical history. And, she does an excellent and thorough job of coordinating my entire medical care.
