At first all seemed great: nice clean office, staff was nice, quick annual exam. Then when trying…read moreto explain that we have been ttc for 4 years I was given a package to fill out to start testing 2 months later and still haven't heard anything. When I call they say she is still reviewing it (mind u it was the same stuff that was in my original paperwork). And now today!! I am in so much pain from my period I called at 2 and was told she would call me today before office closes and not a damn thing!! I deal with terrible cramps each month and some months are worse than others which she knew this but only wanted to put me on birth control which for obvious reasons I do not want. Rant over sorry

Definitely will never recommend this doctor to anyone. Actually I'll make sure to let people know…read moremy experience. Let's start at the beginning I have irregular periods so before I found out I was pregnant I didn't have a period in at least 7 months. Dr. Rachelle sent me to go do blood work which came back that my hormone levels were low so she put me on progesterone. Also I had moderate bacteria found in my blood work. Dr. Rachelle told me she would send me for a ultrasound to see exactly how far I am. She said if I was at-least 8 weeks she would feel better putting me on the medication. I was 8 weeks and a day when I went do a ultrasound. I get a phone call the next day from her office just to tel me my due date. So I was confused the whole point of me getting the ultrasound was to see how far I was to be put on medication. With no answer given to me for two weeks I decided I needed to start looking for another physician and make a appointment for another opinion. I got a appointment but it's not until December 14th. I called Dr. Rachelles on December 2nd and said look I never was treated for this do I need to be put on medication or it's nothing to worry about I haven't heard from y'all in two weeks about it. They told me they would not be able to give me any medication because I was going to see another physician. I wouldn't have wanted to see another physician if you would take care of your patients properly. The sad part is I had to end up going to a walk in to get put on medication because I wanted to make sure my baby and I was okay. What if something between those two weeks I as your patient and something happened to my child because y'all didn't do what y'all were supposed to do. We are supposed to trust our doctor not be scared. Other than the receptionist they are nice but as for as everyone else it seems like they hate their jobs no smiles no nothing. What a horrible experience!!!

Do not go here! I had multiple procedures done here. This place is not recommended as a 'center of…read moreexcellence' with my insurance for a reason. I NEVER felt welcomed except by the wonderful lady that did the bloodwork, the ultrasound tech, and ONE nurse. I was a number and an open checkbook to these people. I am under 25 (normal cycles normal everything) and have never been pregnant,(trying for ~9months) upon going into see Conway, she didn't really ask any questions about my diet or lifestyle (besides drinking and smoking) just hears that my husband works offshore so she decided we should do IUI right away! Of course I was on board...they never gave me a follow up call about my procedures, didn't seem to care if they were successful or not. Let me tell you that after a procedure even my dentist office gives a courtesy call! I brutally went through three back to back to back IUIs and when checking out the receptionist always acted as though she had never seen me before and was ALWAYS rude! I hated even calling them because of the way they made me feel. During our IVF consult we had our last straw...during her slideshow I was apparently interrupting her too much with questions and she told my husband that he should put tape over my mouth to shut me up! Uh, I delated like a balloon at that point and slumped back in to my chair with my arms crossed. No one should be basically told that ha ha you have to do as we say because we are the only show in town! We went and got out medical records the next day. I will be getting a second opinion from IVF MD in South Florida. They also bait and switched us with the IVF timeline and thank God if you have insurance they are capped at what they can charge you for procedures because if they don't the costs are crazy. After it all I felt like questioning everything...did they even do the procedures? There's no trust there at this point at all. Please if you have to go here just make sure you are aware of the bad reviews. I really want a baby but I will not be treated as a number and open checkbook. My good friend had horrible stories about Storment and she ended up going to Houston. Conway was very confident and made me feel good most of the time...I just wish the experience was so much better. The person that posted before me in May...you may think that the people would never say that to her husband but let me tell you I believe her 100%.

This place is an absolute JOKE. I have done several procedures and I can tell you everytime I went…read morethrough the process I can't say I really felt like Dr. Storment or his nurses were gunning for my success. Especially bc one of the nurses told my husband and I if we couldn't afford fertility procedures we shouldn't even try to have kids... When I started seeing this office they told me I had a minor fibroid that was non fertility impacting.....fast forward years later after several failed procedures and growing undesirable life impacting pain....fibroid is intrumural in my uterus ...grown the size of a golf ball and beyond fertility impacting coupled w endometriosis pain. I have the surgery w Dr. Storment to remove what was never supposed to be an issue. Move on and try another procedure and no success there ... On the day of the procedure which was my last of several w this doctor ...he told my husband during the procedure that his opinion didn't matter...the actual person providing me w the sperm to make this process work...what an insult to a paying customer.... Of course by no surprise this procedure was not a sucess...but when does the doctor's office follow up with me to find out results exactly 9 months later May 22 2018 from a procedure done Aug 2017... I'm sure it's only bc they wanted to try and take more of our money not bc they actually cared about me as a patient ...how frustrating and beyond infuriating my experience has been w this clinic... I would not give them a penny if my life depended on it and only would ever let them think about touching my chart unless they are willing to give some sort of refund for all of the thousands of dollars we have thrown down the drain w them over the years. What a waste of my husband's and I time and what a horrible experience and journey this has been...oh and we still have not conceived it will be two years post surgery in December.
