He still bills your insurance in addition for each visit he performs. He will tell you that he gets better results from patients if they sign the agreement and pay in advance, thus ensuring they stay...well of course they are going to stay, they paid in advance for the service. Dr. Rubino estimates how long the treatment will be for your area of treatment, then tacks on additional treatments (6 more months) after the problem is fixed for $139 a month (not covered by insurance, so an additional $834)! I told him I would sign an agreement that I am committed to getting better (why I go to the doctor in the first place) but figured it would put his mind at ease for this ridiculous agreement he is pushing on patients. When I went to check out, he left the $139 month for 6 months on the agreement!!! Loved the treatment but will not go back after being shaken down for money for services not rendered. Be careful, what you sign up for with this office.

No doctor could tell me what was wrong and the final word from the last doctor was I was supposed to be on life long medication and potentially have surgery. My first visit with Dr. Cayer was 2 hours long. He took the time on a Saturday to fully listen to my story, my symptoms, and my overwhelm with everything. After we were done, he provided a non invasive spinal adjustment, and provided a list of supplements and vitamins he recommended.
