We agreed that I could go for my initial evaluation and consult to their Hamden facility (near the tunnel on the Merritt Parkway), and then I could do my follow up appointments in Milford. I completed online all my paper work, scheduled the initial assessment and then heard nothing. When I called them for my Milford appointments, they told me they did not have any and I would need to continue with Hamden. This is a trek from Milford and I was 2 weeks post op and unable to drive yet. Luckily, I was able to find another practice in Milford that was able to see me when I needed to begin. Not impressed.

Each therapist brought different techniques to the table and were all successful. I am currently being treated for a back/ hip condition. During this course of treatment, I seriously injured my shoulder that required surgery and will require PT. The staff seamlessly added this to my current schedule and soon, I will begin treatment for my shoulder. The office staff and Therapy staff could not be nicer, or more professional. I have tried other Rehab facilities, including Yale Orthopedics, but never got the same treatment. I give 5 stars to Center Rehab (more if it was possible). I called to discuss their error and was told I was billed for TWO office visits for my ONE appointment! So while my 'annual physical' appt was covered 100% under preventative, I was on the line for the 2nd office visit of $250. When we went into the nitty gritty of why I was charged for a 2nd visit, it was from a question the doc asked ME, which I responded with 'it's fine'. It wasn't even a conversation lasting more then 5 SECONDS. After FOUR attempts at calling them to resolve my issue, which nobody ever called me back, I gave up and now go elsewhere.
