In a desperate call near 5pm on a 90 degree day in Rochester, he kindly picked up my call and actually responded to my plea to help get airconditioners in my windows. Tom truly deserves the 5 star rating. He did a huge amount of work for me in a house that had been damaged by neglectful tenants. The variety of work needed was extensive. Everything from fixing damaged drywall, carpentry, to painting and plumbing. He started by giving me a clear and understandable estimate for both his labor and materials.
