Over the Christmas break, when I had my highest-ever paying renter present for a one-week stay checking in at 4 pm on a Saturday, for reasons I cannot explain I asked the housekeeper to photo the propane meter for the first time. It was at absolute zero! I called all propane sellers that service the area - there were 4 or 5. At least two said best case was a week later, others would not commit to any date until they did a site visit first some 4-5 days later. Kemgas, on the other hand, had 100 gallons in the tank within three hours of opening and my first call Monday morning, and 330 more a day later. They saved me thousands of dollars of rent I would have had to refund my guests (who could not have found another place to stay there during Christmas/New Years), and those same guests have said they plan to come back many times.
