There are multiple suppliers for breast pumps through insurance -- don't use CMS. Know that they…read morewon't help you if there are issues with your order. First, my pump was back ordered so took almost a week to ship. They sent me the wrong pump (said I specified that one based on handwritten notes.) Pump ended up being defective (had scratches on the case and tear in rubber casing where the tubes connected.) CMS refused to exchange it because I opened the box -- how would I know anything was wrong otherwise? -- and told me to call the manufacturer. None of which gets me the pump that I originally wanted and added a lot of stress for a new mom. Also, they charge $10 for shipping which the other pump suppliers DO NOT. I ordered from them thinking that going local was better -- but wish I had just ordered from an out of town supplier that may have actually helped me. Buyer beware.

I want to alert people about this business if you are on Medicare. Dr. George Aoude, the owner and…read morechiropractor of West Roxbury Spine and Sport is not interested in your business. I went through a difficult experience signing forms before I even got to the office to see him. I know that's a requirement of many health clinics, but his is clearly a 'new' business (open less than a year) and it shows in many ways. When I got there he then told me his staff let him know that my healthcare provider wasn't accepted by his practice...when I called my Tufts Managed Care provider they said he was. He mentioned something about Medicare only pays him $29/visit. He would much rather people just pay him in cash. I don't even know if that's legal for him to refuse me service for that reason. I provided him with screenshots from the Tufts website proving that he was in fact on my plan and he still balked - then said he would have to check with his staff again to make sure. How insulting and unprofessional. He never even had the courtesy to get back to me. Anyway, though he's a little full of himself, he seems to know what he's doing. The office is clean and pleasant with a room for exercises and one with the chiropractic table for sessions. I had a friend who saw him and was pretty pleased. But he was able to pay upfront. Just a consumer warning....

I have had a claim open with repwest after my storage unit was destroyed by rats for the last 8+…read moremonths with no resolution in sight. The "insurance" offered is a scam and I've lost a small business despite insuring my unit and spending dozens of hours fulfilling all the claim requirements just to be dragged out until I couldn't afford to keep the unit any longer. Now the insurance company won't continue my claim until I pay to have the destroyed items moved back into a unit at my own expense after paying for the unit for all this time waiting for an adjuster. The ladies at the desk are kind but The Storage Shedd has not been helpful in resolving the claim or reimbursing expenses paid solely to keep the unit way longer than desired for their chosen insurance partner (who won't reimburse you for the months it takes them to pretend to work on your claim). Absolutely reprehensible. I will never use storage again.

"But," he offered, "you can use the $180 toward the purchase of a new model." Instead of doing that, I watched a single youtube video about fridge repair, then bent down to look for the part of the fridge that was making the obviously broken-sounding high pitched whine, then googled its part number and bought a new one for $45. That fixed it, instantly. I didn't even need a screw driver. So their business model, it seems, is to half-ass the repair in order to lock you in, and then they sell you a new one for much more money than you'd pay elsewhere. Wouldn't be surprised if they then refurbish your old one and sell it on the side.
