Ricardo is not only an expert who will gladly help and repair your PC, but he's also fair, communicative, and exceptionally skilled. In addition, my PC was repaired and ready to be picked up within a day of leaving it in Ricardo's hands. When my PC wouldn't turn on -- which I believed to be a power supply issue -- I first took it to Best Buy for a diagnosis. However, they could not have been less helpful; they wouldn't even attempt to identify the problem. In contrast, when I reached out to Ricardo, he very nobly offered free advice on the safest and most cost-effective steps to diagnose and fix my PC in an effort to save me money. At the same time, he reassured me that he'd be happy to handle the repair himself if that was my preference. I can confidently say there's nowhere else I'd rather go for my computer services and repairs. I would be remiss not to mention the care and thoroughness he brings to every step of the process. Not only did Ricardo repair my PC -- the service I received truly went the extra mile. It's now running like brand new.
