Still a tenant here with no plans to renew at the end of the year. Don't fall for the "we cover the water bill" promise because they'll just add multiple water utility charges (that never get explained to you even though you ask and even though you're not home 80% of the time cause of work, nope they just refer you back to the charges no matter how much you ask for the source) and when the water works it'll be shut off due to bad piping or come out brown - did I mention this is happening in the middle of summer? Not even knowing if you have to postpone your shower cause the water might be brown is crazy!! I had to do that today and they didn't even care to send out a notice!!! But of course those water charges are gonna keep coming for water we don't even use .... pool's closed too so what's going on?? Shoutout to maintenance cause they're cool guys who try to do the best they can with what they're given, but other than that if you like sirens waking you up once a month (either cops or ambulances), paper thin walls (I can hear FULL conversations that my neighbors are having, loud & clear, it makes me uncomfortable to even have guests over), ACs that only work half the time in El Paso weather, shutoff or brown water pretty much every month, and contract cherry picking, feel free to apply! I know the price is what reels you in cause I fell for it too .... but trust me when you include those utility fees and internet (by the way even if you don't watch cable if you want the Spectrum internet they don't let you just do the internet, their package forces you to pay $30 for cable regardless, not to mention the frequent internet outages as is) you'll wind up paying nearly $900 for a 1BD listed at $790. With that money you can find places in the eastside and westside that have better quality and all bills included. I'm sure the lower valley has better places too ... just not here! Hoping for the best for the tenants who are here right now having to deal with all these issues. Ive heard of roach problems from neighbors too which I'm lucky I haven't experienced but I believe happens in some of the buildings. They say they fumigate .....

I cannot say enough good things about FiberCare! I…read moreoriginally met the owner when they came out to clean the carpet in one of my rental properties. The carpet had pet stains and pet odor, and I honestly wasn't sure how well it could be brought back. When they were finished, I couldn't even tell where the stains had been -- and the pet odor was completely gone. The carpet looked amazing! They also cleaned a rug for me, and once again, I was blown away. It came back looking like new. What really impressed me was learning how long FiberCare has been serving El Paso, 30 years; and seeing the equipment and process they use. This isn't someone simply running a little wand over your carpet. Their equipment does a serious deep cleaning, and you can see the difference in the finished product. The machine they use to clean has huge brushes and sucks all the gross dirty water out. I hate the wand cleaners I feel like the carpets have just been made wet without sucking at the dirty water.  Beyond the results, I found them to be honest, ethical, knowledgeable, and genuinely proud of the work they do. After seeing firsthand what they were able to do with pet stains, pet odor, carpet, and my rug, I would absolutely recommend FiberCare. It's wonderful to find a longtime local El Paso business that still takes this much pride in doing the job right. Five stars from me!

Our insurance didn't cover, so we knew we anticipated having to fork over a lot of pennies. I went on Next Door and One Stop and Safelite amongst some others were recommended. Not to mention, their reviews were excellent and customer service from start to finish, on the phone and in-person was top notch. We were sold! Don't get me wrong, I don't wanna come back haha...but if I need to or know anyone else who needs to, I'm recommending these guys! They look up your VIN and can give you an estimate quickly without even bringing in your vehicle. They ask for a down payment upon scheduling your appointment. I hear they take walk-ins and same day for folks with smaller repairs. We needed our entire windshield repaired, so there's that. Since our vehicle was newer and has some tech features, it also needed to be recalibrated which can get cost. Easy peasy for these guys! Our vehicle was ready sooner than the estimated time too! George was amazing! And the ladies handling the finances were also. They also gave us a little military veteran discount. So happy we took a leap with them and ended up supporting locally!
