In November 2020 I took out $16,000.00 of my home equity to remodel my landscape (or remodel some…read moreinterior spaces). Since that time I have not found a competent and truly professional landscaper to spend it on. I first made contact with BC PRO on February 24th, sent photo's, gave a description of what I wanted, and even hosted an appointment to get an estimate. Their website offered design ideas but they could not give me any due to having no design person on staff. On March 6th I got an estimate but it was sloppy and did not contain all the things I asked for so I asked for a new one. In the mean time I hired a different company to do some of the removal work I was asking them to include in the original work order. Very sloppy, very unprofessional response by them - they didn't care that they were delaying my work needs. By March 13th they still had not provided an accurate estimate and when I inquired about it, the company representative (Judy) became quite disrespectful. So much so that I cancelled my interest in their not so "professional" services. Sadly, she didn't even know what a "paver" was until I described it to her. Recommendation is to avoid these folks. They will waste your time, cannot do truly professional landscaping, know anything about patios beyond pouring concrete and pitching a few slabs of flagstone on top, and will push things you don't want on you. They may have been pretty good in the past but they have rolled very far downhill for 2021.

They also patched my rock wall where some rocks had fallen, put a a wire trellis against my home for my vine. They didn't just throw plastic down and put rock on top, they dug down several inches and removed the old soil, I highly doubt grass or even weeds will grown back. Eli, the owner was quick to send an estimate, they started the day they said they would and came everyday until it was finished. There was a small issue they forgot, I contacted him and he was here early the next morning to fix it. It's obvious Eli has a lot of experience in landscaping and all aspects, he is knowledgeable on trees and shrubs for this area. He's patient, dependable, reliable, and they cleaned up after they finished. I was out of town when they did the work. I have heard so many stories of people giving a contractor money and they disappear or don't finish the job, etc. My neighbor said she's wants to hire them. And they can finance.
