A month before my appointment I did some research on the company and liked what I heard and saw. I was also recommended to this company by our plumber. I called and spoke to Sandra which was extremely nice and would immediately provided an estimate. I was talking to another company that quoted the same price and could do it at the same time I had requested but since I liked Sandra's style and professionalism I ended up going with Pro Reglazing. I was confirmed the time and date. We showed up to the property on our confirmed time. After about 30 minutes I started to call, text and email. About an hour and a half after the appointment time I got a call from Sandra. She said they had texted me to reschedule. I never got anything from them. No text, no call no email. They said it was a medical emergency with the tech. I understand those things happen and I would work with them but I'm only in town for one week. This is our rental property. She said she would talk to the owner and get back to me. She never called back. The owner never called. They completely left me hanging. This is NOT acceptable. Very disappointed with her and the company. A call back would have been appropriate with any type of outcome. A call back means everything.

My first experience with Wood Floors by Beto was in the early 2000's when they installed my living…read moreroom floor. Then in 2007, they installed wood flooring in my master bedroom. Both experiences were professional and seamless. Fast forward a couple of decades and a busted water heater and I am so happy to have connected with them again! Everyone in the office is so kind and professional. Maribel answered all my questions and put me at ease. Beto Jr. was just as I remembered him and he is still just as prompt and courteous as could be! This time we were able to install beautiful hardwood flooring throughout my entire home- for me this was a dream come true! The work crew led by Edgar arrived promptly every day, communicated with me, and were very respectful of my home and space. I work from home and was worried about noise and/or interruption but had no reason to as the job was done by experts. If you want professional quality hardwood floors in your home, this is the company to hire.

We moved to El Paso about a year ago and were ready to buy a house and make El Paso our home. We…read moreheard a lot of good stuff about Deal2Deal and decided to bite the bullet and buy one of their expensive $715K home in Cimarron Canyon. The house was a spec home and meant to be a model home but they decided to sell it. When we walked through the house, it was about 90% done. We liked the location and the space. Delton assured the appraisal should come at the listed price if not higher. Contract and deposit of $35K was all done by 8/21/23. As they started to wrap up the finishing work, we noticed few patchy dry walls, big gap around the wooden post by the entry way, crooked cabinet by the refrigerator etc. We pointed them out and Delton was willing to fix it. When we went back to check the fix, they had covered up all the imperfection and gaps with trim and caulk. It didn't look right. The mirror and lights did not look like they belonged to $715K home. When we pointed it out, Lucinda was offended. And lastly the appraisal came $29K lower. Lucinda was appalled and contested it which she has every right to do so but the adjusted appraisal still came $15K lower. At this point because of failure to perform the last 10% as promised and a bitter realization that the house is overpriced we wanted to terminate the contract. Now they are refusing to refund our deposit stating the contract states that it is nonrefundable for any reason. They are claiming that we costed them potential buyer because they removed the listing after we signed the contract. (The listing is still online as pending) We have been trying to terminate the contract since 9/7/23. We are getting railroaded to buy a house that we initially fell in love and wanted it to be our dream home but quickly turned into a living nightmare. There is no reasonable explanation for them to keep our deposit of $35k. We didn't cost them any money. They completed the whole house per their plan. The past few days has been extremely stressful for us. We are still asking them to return our deposit that we gave them in good faith. !!PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH DEAL2DEAL!!

Our move was from El Paso to Washington state. We did our research and RJS seemed to have high…read moreratings. We supplied almost 30 blankets to help protect our belongings; they had tape and rope. We had 2-16' PODS, which was ample space for our things, we arrived in El Paso with 23' ABF trailer that still had space in it. The only additional items to this move were the washer/dryer. The packers looked around, then just randomly started putting things in the PODS. I have never seen such a crap show! In the end, we had to give away...1 floor lamp, our safe, the mirror to a dresser, our patio table, a desk, and a few small items. Our vehicles were already packed up. There was plenty of space in the PODS as I could see from the back to the front. But I was told not to worry, they are the professionals. (?) I asked them to make sure to wrap my curio as it was mostly glass. Oh, sorry we have to more blankets. I offered large cardboard sheets to place around it. Once our PODS arrived at our new home, the doors wouldn't open and the load had shifted that much to block it. The team of movers arrived to unload and had to take pictures before they began so to be sure not to be liable for any initial damage that they saw when the PODS were open. They also took pictures as they unpacked it. Yes, it was bad. The placed a table saw against my curio which scratched the finish in various places as the cardboard they used was just crammed in there. They used packing tape to hold doors and drawers closed which caused the finish to come off with the tape. All 6 of my dining room chairs have scratches and gouges, my daughters new bedroom set has scratches/gouges and chunks missing, my refrigerator had deep scratches, Plastic storage bags I used for bedding/blankets/etc. where ripped open- I thought they would use them for cushions, totes were piled so high they collapsed and fell over. The unloading company was in awe when they started and said they were sorry (for something they didn't do) this happened. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RJS TO ANYONE. IF I HAD THE HELP ON MY OWN, I COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB. WE HAVE MOVED ALOT AND I KNOW HOW IT GOES AND WHAT A GOOD JOB OF PACKING LOOKS LIKE. THIS WAS NOT IT. THEY SUCK!
