Reliable kennels in nice surroundings.read more

When I was thinking about getting a pet sitter, I had some concerns. I had never done anything…read moreremotely similar before; instead, I had always relied on kennels and catteries. I feel obligated to mention that the adventure was amazing and that it is strongly recommended that animals be left at home. That resulted in a reduction in the total cost, and when I subsequently checked on the animals, they appeared happy and well.

The thought of kennels and other such services, do not appeal to me, as our dog is like a child to us, so we only want the best of the best for him! Whilst looking around, there were many pet care services available to choose from. We actually infact checked out 2 other services prior to using Maries pet care services but we were not impressed by the service or location of the other pet care services. When we found Marie, we checked out other reviews and decided to setup a meeting with Marie and bring along little Freddie too, to meet marie and her little bichon frise Ben. As soon as we arrived at Maries home, we were initially impressed by the location and also Maries home, she is very clean and hosts other dogs sometimes, which was great for us, as Freddie is very social! The service provided by this particular pet care service is a home from home service, so we pre-wrote Freddies daily schedule and feeding routine, so that Marie could follow this whilst we were away. She has done a fantastic job, well done Marie! See you again soon.

I had a very bad experience when I was going to leave my dogs last weekend. I called the day…read morebefore, to know what did I have to bring to the kennel and they told me that I only had to bring my dogs. When I arrived on Friday before going to the airport, they asked me for my dogs vaccination papers but I just got my dogs from Spain by ferry so I didn't have any engilsh papers but the complete European passport updated. Because they needed the papers and I had to be at the airport in twenty minutes, I asked them to care the dogs twenty minutes to go back in the taxi and pick up the passports but they didn't accept them, they told me I had to bring them with me. The taxi driver very kindly asked them for time to leave me at the airport not to miss my flight and himself going to my house for the papers while the dogs stay in the kennel but they didn't accept that either. They didn't want to help me and they didn't care for the dogs because I didn't have a place to leave them or anybody here as I'm new in this city and they just didn't care at all. But not only they didn't help me, they didn't give me back the £40 pounds deposit even though, the kennel didn't accept my dogs. If they treat the dogs the way they treat me, I'm glad I didn't leave them there.

A professional business who cares is hard to come by, I like the fact they actually ask to see your vaccinations cards, not one other kennel I have been to has asked.
