When I arrived on Friday before going to the airport, they asked me for my dogs vaccination papers but I just got my dogs from Spain by ferry so I didn't have any engilsh papers but the complete European passport updated. Because they needed the papers and I had to be at the airport in twenty minutes, I asked them to care the dogs twenty minutes to go back in the taxi and pick up the passports but they didn't accept them, they told me I had to bring them with me. The taxi driver very kindly asked them for time to leave me at the airport not to miss my flight and himself going to my house for the papers while the dogs stay in the kennel but they didn't accept that either. They didn't want to help me and they didn't care for the dogs because I didn't have a place to leave them or anybody here as I'm new in this city and they just didn't care at all. But not only they didn't help me, they didn't give me back the £40 pounds deposit even though, the kennel didn't accept my dogs. If they treat the dogs the way they treat me, I'm glad I didn't leave them there.

We actually infact checked out 2 other services prior to using Maries pet care services but we were not impressed by the service or location of the other pet care services. When we found Marie, we checked out other reviews and decided to setup a meeting with Marie and bring along little Freddie too, to meet marie and her little bichon frise Ben. As soon as we arrived at Maries home, we were initially impressed by the location and also Maries home, she is very clean and hosts other dogs sometimes, which was great for us, as Freddie is very social! The service provided by this particular pet care service is a home from home service, so we pre-wrote Freddies daily schedule and feeding routine, so that Marie could follow this whilst we were away.
