I would give negative stars if I could. Avoid Neu Urgent Care at all costs. They are incompetent…read moreand unprofessional. I recently went there for a specific test and could not have been more clear about what I needed done with said test. They didn't listen to me and then refused to refund me because I was seen by the doctor...she didn't even do what I requested‍ I spoke with several employees who gave me conflicting answers and when I addressed this with the manager, he told me he didn't know what to tell me and proceeded to tell me he's not a doctor and then gave me incorrect information about what I had done. They caused so much stress and made my situation worse.

In my 46 years of life, and the many places I have lived, I have NEVER had a better experience at a…read moredoctor's office than I did today at Be Well Medical Center. It is, quite literally, the kind of place I have been looking for my whole life. Upon arrival, I was received pleasantly by the ladies in reception. My wait was short, and then Scott, who was just the most lovely human, triaged me and escorted me into a room where just moments later, my P.A. Lee came in and began talking to me about why I was there. I got introductions. I got time to explain my concerns and ask questions. I was listened to, and all my thoughts were validated and responded to. I felt like Lee and I were BOTH advocating for my wellness, as a team! My experiences at other doctor's offices in the past had always left me feeling rushed, unheard, and "quick fixed", which usually resulted in a prescription or two -- in and out -- despite my genuine desire to actually take an active role in my own wellness, including diet, exercise, supplements, hydration, etc. Not at Be Well! Here, Lee spent time with me, learned a little about who I am and how I view my wellness and my treatment, and worked with me inside those parameters. He was intelligent, laid back, easy to talk to, and professional. I felt this was the norm at this office and I feel reasonably sure that would be the case with any P.A. or doctor that works here. Lee approached the situation methodically, and we created a plan for testing and treatment. I left the room feeling confident that I was in good hands and that the plan would yield helpful information, as well as potential solutions. Check-out was as quick and easy as check-in was, and on my way out, I heard a voice call out to me, "Wait, don't leave yet! I turned to find Dr. Benson following me and offering a red carnation. "Happy Valentine's Day!" he said. Completely brightened my day and made me feel like more than just a patient. I cannot recommend Be Well Medical Center enough. I am so glad my cousin referred me. I am grateful to be under the care of people who actually care.

I went again but the receptionist said they no longer do any walk in testing and i would have to make an appointment and establish myself as a new patient in order to get even a point of care test. The health department can have a long wait time, but i feel much safer and more welcome there and it's affordable.

An x-ray was taken and waa summarily cleared of injury, but my pain persisted. Several hours later as a pain was getting worse I want to see Emcura and happened to see Dr. Kesliker. He saw that the pain and swelling had significantly worsened and that I couldn't move my hand. An x-ray was taken and he noted abnormailities in the area of pain. In addition, I had a radiologist report in hand in 10 minutes which confirmed a fracture! The area was splinted and an appointment was made by their staff with a hand surgeon within the next several days! My care on this occasion along with many others has always been thorough and compassionate! I have really come to appreciate the effort they put into seeing their patients and respect the team of providers they have put together! Great job! I feel they have given the 'neighborhood doctor' concept new life!

Shelby gave me paperwork to fill out and to put on my dash by 8:56am. This man in a blue jacket met me at the front of the parking lot and driveway to guide me to where I needed to go for my PCR testing. My temperature is well under 98. Another woman came to collect my insurance and my ID card, while I filled out the paperwork. Filled out my paperwork by 9:05am. They have a lot of staff here. The same lad that took my ID came to collect my paperwork and to get back my ID. They told me to keep the pen, since it had been in my car. They take all precautions here and take the virus very seriously. They don't need a script here at all, no symptoms required either. My doctor had wanted to provide them with his script paperwork, so that they would provide the results to them directly. They can't and won't send to doctors at all before a procedure. I will have to pass it along myself. The nasal swab today was much more invasive than the first time I had it done. It was shoved it up so far and that it made my eyes flood with tears, that's way up there for sure. Quick and efficient service here for sure. Would get it done here anytime required again.
