I was happy to discover that salesman Steve there in Gilroy is incredibly knowledgable, helpful and low pressure (I for one cannot tolerate that sort of stress) and there was a wideselection of hot tub models. We discussed our needs with him and after some comparison shopping finally decided upon on a Caldera Seychelles (really glad we didn't impulsively go with Costco for this decision!!!) Steve was even able to recommend an electrician who often hooks up this brand and has an ongoing relationship with HTW. My wife had some real concerns about access to our yard but they were dispelled once we did a facetime video call down our pathway and clarified the dimensions needed. When it came time for delivery it was fascinating how professional and careful the crew was, like a brutish ballet! Now basking in the glorious 102-degree temperature of our tub, as our tensions melt away we now think that this might have been one of the better decisions of our life!

The work over these years included having the pool totally resurfaced, new waterline tiles, new plumbing and a new cartridge filter, variable speed pump, chlorine generator, heater, LED lights, deck jets and deck coping, new central drain, skimmer and I also had them install a 10' diameter in ground SPA. You can say I transformed my old pool into a modern day beautiful oasis on my property. All the work was done over the years in various stages and I will say that dealing with this long time family run business has been flawless and without any complaint. From the Father, Pierre, to his son Domenico and their professional crew, I tell you they are the very best to deal with. They are friendly, very capable, very responsive anytime I call or need them and very considerate of my yard landscaping as if it were their own. Their prices for any sales or service are fair and reasonable. I real value, in my opinion as compared to the other original estimates I received when I initially planned this project. We've developed a good relationship where if I need anything, I don't even ask for an estimate, because they are consistent, honest and really value their customers and the relationship with them. Thank you very much for all the days of pleasure and enjoyment my family, friends and I get from your beautiful contribution to my home. Fred J, Monterey, CA

Their pricing is fair, and one of the reasons I chose them is that they're one of the largest and most established pool companies in the area. I gave them 4 out of 5 stars because, while the weekly pool cleaning is good overall, I believe it still benefits from the homeowner occasionally checking in on the service to ensure everything is being maintained to expectations. Other than that, I've been very happy with their professionalism, responsiveness, and expertise. I would definitely recommend them for pool equipment repairs and maintenance.
