The shower backs to my hall wood floor....within a short time I noticed bumbles appearing in my wood floor and I contacted the floor person.....bumbles in the wood is water damage!! By means of attempting several solutions to no avail, we have to totally tear down and redo after only 3 1/2 yrs. We realized the leaking has to be an issue under the floor......The pan was put in wrong, so it drained out around it in one of the corners! The Cloud Nine owner, Gilbert, refused to assist when I wanted to find out who installed the glass doors as we were trying to attempt to have more reap holes drilled thinking that might help drainage! His response, was, it's no longer under warranty! You don't care about warranty when your trying to fix a leaking problem damaging your floor. The attitude of the owner was uncooperative. Their Installation was not done correctly and has had cost & headaches to try to fix! No stars from my experience with Cloud Nine Construction!

5/5 -- Incredible Experience with Bill at BLC Homes…read more We recently completed a home remodel with Bill at BLC Homes, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Bill is one of those rare contractors who combines top-tier craftsmanship with clear communication, professionalism, and genuine care for the final product. From our very first meeting, Bill took the time to understand our vision and offered thoughtful recommendations that made the project even better than we originally planned. He provided a detailed timeline and budget, and he stuck to both--no surprises, no headaches. Throughout the remodel, Bill and his team showed up on time, kept the space tidy, and worked with incredible attention to detail. Every finish, every line, every piece of the project reflects true quality. He handled a full kitchen gut, raised ceilings, new concrete, a complete electrical overhaul, bathrooms, flooring, structural changes, and the transformation is stunning. Our home has never looked better, and we've received so many compliments already. What impressed me most was Bill's communication. He kept us updated at every stage, checked in frequently, and made sure we were completely comfortable with each decision. Working with him was stress-free, smooth, and honestly enjoyable. If you're looking for a trustworthy contractor who delivers exceptional work and stands behind everything he does, Bill at BLC Homes is the one you want. We will absolutely be calling him for any future projects.

I can go on! When you pay over $5,000.00 for professional installation, you should get a professional installer! Not the case. Beware! In response to your comment Dennis, this is being honest! The crown molding was done the last time you were here and there are still holes in the back of the cabinets! I didn't mention the kick boards that were installed under the cabinets by the sink that fell off after your last visit or the dings and scratches that happened in your last visit either. One particular company that has door-to -door sales reps (Energy Star Construction) provided me with an estimate for a 200 sq ft concrete patio with pergola for 16k (He would be able to knock off 3k if I agreed to my property being a showcase; meaning people could come over and check it out or call me about it. No, thank you). The next week, I noticed Mike and his partner working on a patio down the block from me that was fabulous- cable hook-up for their outdoor TV, light scones, and fans. I asked him for contact information, and he said he would stop by for a free estimate later on in the day. When he came by, I explained to him what I was looking for and told him about the estimate from Energy Star Const., and he said he would be able to do the job for $6500. Moreover, he told me that the job that he was working on down the street was a $15,000 job. The estimate he gave me was good for 30 days, and even though I called him after that deadline, he readily agreed to do the job for me. I am very pleased with the work that was done- The color matches beautifully with the color scheme of the house and the City of Hanford inspector said they did a "really great job for [me]."
