If you go just for that pastrami croquettes, it's a worthy trip. Located in a neighborhood perfect for wandering, this deli is a popular place for lunch and dinner. My seven-year-old daughter and I went for lunch at noon on an August Tuesday. Here's our experience.
1) Food: The menu isn't overwhelming, but does come with many options. I ordered the pastrami croquettes and an order of their famous potato waffle fries, which came with three large, crispy ones. I enjoyed both, but the pastrami croquettes with the mustard hit well.
My daughter loved her mini cheeseburger. It came with one of the potato waffles and carrots more like coleslaw.
2) Drinks: They have wine, beer, juice, and other options. I ordered a bottle of still water and my daughter got orange juice, which came in a glass with ice.
3) Service: It's attentive and friendly.
4) Space: It's a simple, yet beautiful design with a mural inside and out back. There are tables inside and outside by the sidewalk. read more
