Bought a 21 Colorado new my mistake was buying a bed liner from them that they installed. Over the next 1-2 oil changes I would mention to service tech that the bed liner was warped and never laid flat from the day they put it in. I thought the Fla. heat would cause it to flatten out. on the third oil change someone with clout grudging said for them to replace it. The second one right out the door was the same and i mention it to service tech and he just ignored what i said. So i wait till next oil change and mention it again and they ignore my comment again. My thought was they do not stand by the product they sell, so I stopped going there. On top of the fact they bombard you with emails and letters about trading up or paying for extended warranty. read more

They had the car I wanted in stock and communicated with me perfectly. I drove 2 1/2 hours to view the car, and I was greeted promptly by Joe K upon arrival where they had the car waiting my inspection. Unlike many dealers, there was no mark up on the vehicle. My honey brought his classic corvette in for diagnosis of a noise when driving in certain gears. They kept the car for ~3 weeks. They took the entire dashboard apart. They told him they thought it was his speakers. When he did not agree with their diagnosis because it didn't make sense, he tried to work with them to try to better diagnose it. When they couldn't, they told him he could take the car with the car dashboard still apart. He asked them to put it back together properly. They tried and while doing that they damaged the cup-holder and got grease on the console. When trying to clean the grease off the console, they got grease cleaner on the navigation screen and damaged the navigation screen. When trying to reach different levels of management to try to rectify this bad situation they all ignored him, hid behind their voicemails, and did not call him back. When he took the car to another establishment, before even leaving the parking lot for a short test drive they immediately diagnosed the issue as being the need for a new battery. The old battery even showed obvious signs of swelling indicating it was bad and needed replacing. They installed the new battery and the problem was solved!!! They also re-assembled the dashboard properly and fixed the cup-holder. Unfortunately, they couldn't repair the damaged navigation screen because original parts for that classic corvette are scarcely available. Needless to say this was not a good situation and could've been handled much better, especially by the various levels of management! Whatever happened to the old values of stellar customer service and sincere attentiveness to listening to/addressing customers' concerns? It's a real shame because this business used to have a great reputation and were known for the quality of work and customer service! read more

I am one who gives good or poor reviews when warranted; Ferman Chevrolet "POOR". On 6/24/2025, I had an appointment for a simple oil change, after waiting 50 minutes (literally) and being told by several service members that someone would be with me shortly, to check me in for a scheduled appointment. I asked one of the service members, as they passed by, "I would like to speak to the service manager." The service member pointed to him and went to convey my request, but he would not come to me. I had to leave my vehicle while on crutches to go to his office to receive the excuse that "I just came out of a meeting and am shorthanded". He expresses no sincere concern for me as a valuable customer. He stated that he will have one there shortly. After returning to my vehicle, I was met by a service member asking to move my vehicle so they could pull the vehicle behind into the service bay. I decided they did not value me as a customer. I left and went across the highway to Rivard Buick GMC, and received service at value me, which started when I came in and spoke with the scheduler for an oil change. I was able to schedule an appointment for service the same day. The check-in went fast (5 minutes), the service members were welcoming, and the service was good. I am pleased with the OUTSTANDING customer service and the service rendered at Rivard Buick GMC. read more

They did a Technical Service Bulletin repair on my Corvette for a locked steering wheel. Afterwards the steering wheel had an obvious rubbing sound in it. Took it back to the them. Paraphrasing, "Yep, it's rubbing, we can't get parts." So I paid for the TSB work (after 18 years you could argue Chevy didn't owe me the repair, but at the same time you'd think one of the dealers I've had this car in would have taken care of it). And yet the repair work set up a very annoying rubbing noise that they can't fix now. read more

My husband was a loyal customer of this dealership until now. He took his truck in first thing Friday morning to be serviced as the check engine light was on. We were due to be leaving out of town for the weekend, and they convinced us to let them keep the truck for the weekend so they can take a good look over it as the warranty was almost up. Fast forward to Monday morning we still have not heard anything about the truck. My husband had to physically drive to the dealership because no one can give him any information over the phone because no one knew anything. Turns out nobody even looked at the truck or did anything with it even though they had it there first thing Friday morning. Then they had the nerve to just hand my husband back his keys without even looking at the truck or trying to accommodate him, after their mess up. So now we are due to leave out of town again this week and have to take the truck somewhere else and start all over again. What an absolute horrid customer service experience. I'm from the Atlanta, Ga area and have been to my share of Chevy dealers. This was by far the worst I've ever been treated in my life. I have a 2017 Chevy Impala currently has 58k miles and my air conditioner's evaporator core is defective. There's a bulletin on this replacement that orders customers to take affected vehicles to dealers for a replacement free of charge. Spoke to Steve on the phone explaining the issue. He stated I needed a bumper-to-bumper warranty in order to be covered but suggested I bring paperwork of bulletin up to service for them to verify it's "legit" as he hasn't had this issue with Impalas. I explained I didn't have time to waste and wasn't internet in making blank trips but would bring the letter i was provided by a repair shop up to Chevy for them to "verify". I arrived at the service department and spoke to Rob who told me there was nothing they were gonna do for me and stated "GM isn't going to help you." He stated my vehicle was excluded from the bulletin since the covered repair wasn't linked to my VIN. He said "You have that paper, and I have this paper" insinuating it was a tit-for-tat battle that he was going to win which meant he wasn't going to help me or make sure my issue was taken care of. I asked for GM's cooperate office number and he told me to Google it. Thank you GM for the worst customer service in the business. I cannot wait to contact someone at the cooperate office! My salesperson was great. Upon saying yes to a car, it took hours of waiting to finalize the deal. Loan was financed by GM but neither GMl or Furman would offer any type of warranty even though the car was a Chevy in seemingly great condition under 40k miles. Oops. I feel like an idiot. I made an advanced appointment to have a 2007 chevy uplander looked at (and have a battery cable and battery replaced, car has 63k miles on it) After a week in the shop, i have to call to find out the guy that i made the appointment with is now with Volvo And they have to find the new guy, Steve. Who isnt available so i have to call back the next day. I call back, no steve, but i hear from someone else, the parts are on order and wont be in till middle or end of next week. A battery and a positive cable. I wait till wednesday, call Steve, he says guys are backed up and maybe by the beginning of the week, they can get it done. I call Monday, he tells me they ate planning to get it in Next. End of the day, i get a call from Steve, he wants me to come in and sign a waiver saying its $850 and he wanted to show me rust under the car. Im outraged about the price, but sign the estimate/waiver. I tell him i need this car back ASAP. Steve says no worries... I leave. He calls me an hour later telling me his boss doesnt want to work on my car, to come and get it. I am mind boggled... all this time and now they dont want to work on my car...because of rust they claim? A battery and positive cable for $850 is bad enough, 4 weeks in the shop is bad enough....but then refusing to do the work? Piss poor. You get an F. read more

The husbeast and I stopped in to Ferman Chevy to look at the Volt as a possible replacement for his totaled Prius. The dealership is super clean, beautiful on the inside with some SUPER sharp Corvettes outside that made me do a double take. WOW.. they were AMAZING. The receptionist asked what we needed, we told her, and they asked us to sit for a moment. Within 15 or so seconds they had a sales rep for us, Dan. Dan was incredibly knowledgeble, friendly and capable. We took a test drive and were all but sold on that Volt, it's a damned fine car. The only issue was the sport button as it appears my husbeast has a bit of a lead foot. We left, with a bit of determination to decide which vehicle we were going to purchase, in the end, it wasn't the volt, but we would come back if we need to buy another car in the future. read more

As I begin calling around for a new vehicle, I was repeatedly told by dealers across the state that cars were selling $10,000-$15,000 over MSRP. It would take them 3 to 4 hours for them to just to do basic maintenance check and oil change after I pay $65. I no longer trust anything these guys promised. I bought my 2nd vehicles from Hyundai. Paid 400 for my fuel injection system to be cleaned, tires rotated and a oil change. Decided to pick up my truck for a second and third opinion. Learned that they never did clean my fuel injection system, it was filthy. Also they missed that my alternator was the issue that was the problem with my truck. Never use them. read more

I have purchased a few vehicles from this dealership and I'll start by saying the sales team has always been wonderful! The service department on the other hand was atrocious. In particular a smug guy named Tony. He is completely clueless when it comes to customer service. Got quoted a price for a factory subwoofer install and agreed to it. Dropped my truck off and waited in the lobby. After 4 hours of waiting i inquired about an ETA. Tony said he has no idea and he will get back with me. Another two hours go by and I go inquire again. Tony then says he "thought " i dropped my truck off and left. Proceeded to say he still doesn't know anything which after dealing with this idiot i believe he doesn't know much about anything. Luckily the sales team realized the situation and stepped in and arranged for me to have a loaner truck for the evening. The service department manager was nice about the situation and even said for my trouble he would waive the labor on the install which was nice. Well i went to pick up my truck the next day and to my surprise the labor fee wasn't raised but actually jumped another $300 plus dollars and i was forced to pay $350 more than the quoted price if i wanted my truck back even after i showed the quoted price and the price on the website. I was told "i don't care about what the parts department told you and the written estimate " I really don't understand how this type of business is allowed to be conducted by the owner. Pulled up, parked, walked to the service desk and was greeted by a pleasant knowlegable young lady who checked me in, took my keys, and directed me to the waiting area. The waiting area has wifi, power, comfortable seats and tables, and complimentary coffee. The service took 1 hour, which was the promised amount of time. I was handed my keys and went on my way. So much so that I walked nearly 1 mile to meet my ride because his rudeness made me extremely uncomfortable and I didn't want to stay in the building. He even went as far as to tell me because I bought my vehicle from a different Chevy dealer and because I had never taken it to them for service that he "couldn't guarantee they would work on it". I honestly believe the fact that I was a female had a lot to do with it. The issue my vehicle has is common for that type of vehicle and I was told to fully diagnose the vehicle would cost me $2,000. I came in and was instantly greeted and taken back to see Mark Laird, we talked for a bit and took the Equinox out and I really liked it so I talked to my fiancé about it that night and set up another appointment to come in for her to see it and when that didn't pan out they let us take it for an24 hr test drive. She liked it too and unlike the mentioned dealership above they took the time to work with us, and although I found financing outside of what they had they were very helpful. The price online was already a great deal but we got it for even better and it's been a great experience all the way around. Thank you for all that you did to help us get the car we wanted and not putting us into something that wasn't right for us. Our first experience there was great, second one not so much. We want In to look at possibly trading in our used car for a new car, when the numbers didn't add up to us walking out in a car they chased us to our car and tried to negotiate it down and after a couple of minutes they gave us a number we could believe in. So we got out of the car went back inside and they put us with a different sales guy and what they offered us outside never came to pass. Even the papers I got at the end to see if I could get a loan elsewhere had anywhere close to what we agreed upon in the parking lot. Wasted our whole afternoon and most of the evening chasing a dream we were ok walking away from for them to get us excited about it and then not deliver.
