I walked in with my nephew and we were greeted immediately upon entry. Once I told them what we were there for it did not take long. Handed over the ring, sat in their nice little waiting area and before we knew it the ring was clean and ready to go. It really was that simple. And the employees were super pleasant. They chatted with me and my nephew and prior to us leaving they wanted me to pass on their best wishes to my sister and her now husband. The one thing that I enjoy about this spot is the reused they had did for the building. This use to be the Sheetz along Scalp, not the original one, but the one they rebuilt after the original caught fire. It went through at least one change before Kranich's snatched it up upon exodus from the Johnstown Galleria. They did an amazing job with the inside and you can barely tell this use to be a gas station first or a fast food sandwich place second. I honestly thought I would never step foot in this building ever again, well I was wrong. As a note, they share the space with a tax prep business. Parking aplenty, especially since there is no longer gas pumps in the middle of the lot.

I had no difficulty making an appointment and was given very specific directions to his home. He admired my little clock, had it running smoothly in no time, and did not charge me, as he said it was a simple fix. He gave me a quick lesson in recognizing the proper tick-tock beat. His knowledge and expertise were much appreciated. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I did, however, find him brusque and not interested in chit chat.
