Walked in the showroom at 10:30 on a Saturday. Waited 20 minutes to talk to someone. Asked if I could get a tire patched. The answer was, come back Monday we are done for the day. Second time using Ferguson Tire. Bought a used truck and the dealership was supposed to align the truck. Actually made it worse. Ferguson's found & fixed the problem and was at a very affordable price! Techs called with updates and confirmed before moving forward with parts that needed purchased. A+ service! read more

I bought 4 tires and although Ferguson was the most expensive they told me they had my size in stock and could install same day. My car requires a "V" rated tire. After close inspection I found that I was given one "V" rated tire and 3 "T" rated tires. That is 2-speed ratings lower than I should have. WTF Ferguson!! Understand that a "V" rated tire has a different wear than the lower speed "T" rated tire. so now my tires will wear at different rates. Maybe not a dangerous situation but clearly I was just sold whatever they had and with no concern for installing the correct size and speed rating I was supposed to have. I feel like Ferguson, "pulled a fast one" on me. Very disappointed and next time I need 4 tires I will go somewhere else. I'll keep a close eye on this review to see how quickly its removed. read more

Took my vehicle for an alignment. Only adjustment possible for my front end is toe in and out not camber since its a solid axle. All they can adjust is the tie rods. When my vehicle was done it pulled to the right. I ordered new wheel bearings and was changing them a week later only to find they had my passenger side axle nut off for whatever reason, had damaged the inner axle seal so it now was leaking diff fluid (started the night I brought it home from there) and had a cotter pin that wasn't the original one in that side which is how I knew they had it off in the first place plus it was missing the spring washer that puts tension on the retainer. They put brand new tires on my car General Tires and from day one my car was vibrating and my tires are losing air mass they will not replace or fix the problem I brought it here when it first happened I brought it here numerous times they're worse than Walmart, shitty ass work, walked outside and walked back in just a couple minutes ago to hear them talking s*** about me they are just another place that are going to smile two your f****** face and stab you in the f****** back ignorant f****** people!!!!!! read more

I have been going here for years now. For the most part always pleased. This most recent visit has me concerned about the abilities of those they are hiring. I needed rear brakes on my Kia. Due to the ungodly prices of rotors at the local stores, I purchased rotors, pads, and both calipers as I was pretty certain one had seized up. Call to make appointment. Reply, if you want an appointment, it will be a month out, but if you want to drop it off, we can get to it that day. (What?) Drop the car off after work. Walk about 2 miles home. Received call late in the day the following day. Said one of the calipers I purchased was no good. Fine, change it. Also, when we took off the rotor, the parking brake just disintegrated. Fine, change them. I questioned this one to myself as they had just done the state inspection a month ago. Will the car be ready today, or not until tomorrow? No, he will have it completed today. It was about 4:30pm, they close at 5pm. Received call a bit later. Car completed. I paid. Got home and walked to get the car. By the time I had pressed the brake pedal a few times (almost no traffic as everyone seemed to be caught up in traffic on all main and alternate routes) the pedal went to the floor. By time I got home, no brakes, no fluid in the master cylinder reservoir. Phoned them from work next morning and explained all. OK, bring it in and we will look at. NO, I am at work. You were supposed to have test driven it. You need to find a way to get it from my home to your business and make it right. I cant drive it anyway with no brakes! No apology from them, nothing. So, they call later that day, said all is fine now. My last question to him was "did someone test drive it to make sure the brakes work properly" Yes sir, in fact he just came back from driving it. Got home, again walked to pickup. Brakes are not worth a damn, STILL! After 2 days of being in the shop! Have to double pump the pedal as one press goes to floor with very little braking power. Drove it to work though as by now, I had lost all faith in their ability to perform a simple brake bleeding now. Today coming home something didnt feel right. Both back brakes are smoking. I write that off though as it may be the cheap brakes that came with the rotors. Now, however I have to pay another place to properly bleed the brake system, and check the work they did to confirm it is properly done. Any mechanic would know that if the reservoir was empty, you need to bleed all four wheels, not the two you changed. Interesting to note, they changed my brakes a couple of years back. They purchased the parts and the total was around $400 +/-. I provide the parts, and the cost was $447 and the brakes are worthless! If I knew who to contact to turn this place in, I would. If this is their standard, they are putting cars on the road which are unsafe. Lesson learned. Bogus repairs. Run away. They will steal your good money with BOGUS REPAIRS. Unbeknownst to me, I had a bent rim. Besides having the tires balanced and aligned, they replaced sway bars, brakes and and control arms. I paid and complained three days later because I was still experiencing pulling to the left and a lot of vibrations. The response I got was its another problem like the Ball Joints. I have bought tires and have had other Bogus repairs done here in the past. NEVER AGAIN. read more

I spent $600 on new tires that weren't balanced correctly. I didn't notice until I got on the highway. It was shaking horribly as soon as I got over 50mph. I had to go back and wait an additional 40 minutes for them to fix it. Normally I don't mind waiting but not a single employee I saw had a mask on. Took my 17 WRX in there a few times, first time I had a good experience although the machine did scratch my aftermarket wheels a bit. I brought it back to have new tires mounted / balanced and my car aligned. They aligned the car first with the bald/old junk tires on it, then mounted/balanced the new tires and sent me on my way. Upon being finished they brought me 2 of the center caps to my wheels that came out, and I got home and noticed I was missing three. Also the car was pulling to the right. I brought it back the next day and on the way there I realized I had a deep gash in my steering wheel from a key. I asked to speak with the owner for a moment and I let him know, he went and I showed him it and told him about the wheel caps too because they're $25 a piece if I can even find them at all, and the steering wheel is over $500 to replace (Flat Bottom D shape Wheel). He went to see if he could find my other missing caps with no luck, then told me there's nothing he could do about the steering wheel and recommended using leather cleaner or something to fix it. They re-aligned the vehicle and it does feel better now but again my wheels have new gouges in them that they tried to use a sharpie to fill in (i definitely didn't do it). The wheels did have some chipped paint already because I ran them in the winter against my better judgement so it's not that big of a deal. But I wouldn't recommend bringing a vehicle that you care about here. It will get damaged and maybe even on purpose. They don't give a sh**. Not to mention I paid about $150 just for a mount/balance. Update: After I took my car to get Re-Aligned and told the owner about the damage. They damaged the steering wheel again! On the right side this time! DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! THEY ARE PIECES OF SHIT THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE ON PURPOSE. read more

Always do a fantastic job and are willing to help with the majority of issues associated with wheels, tires, etc. Even with 2 hours to close I can walk in needing tires mounted & balanced and they still do their jobs. I took 4 tires there to be mounted and balanced. I was charged $149 to mount and balance the 4 tires which was about twice what most people charge. Based on that one can only conclude they must be burying that amount in their pricing when they both sell and mount the tires. They were a big disappointment, especially in a depressed area that could certainly use competitive businesses. I would not take a vehicle there again nor would I recommend them to anyone. read more

Alert!! If you have had brake line repair by Ferguson's, please check work!! After caliber locked up we checked, could not believe what we saw !! Installed over upper control arm , so stretching with every bump hit , my husbands brake pedal went to floor, thank god he was in our driveway, but could have killed him , I don't know how this could happen, & passed state inspection on same visit!! Was told it was a brainfart!! Never even apologize to face to face , only through txt!! Very disgraceful customer service. Never again!! read more

Not satisfied with customer service! I wouldn't say all the people who work there are bad, but the front customer service is for the most part, unprofessional, unfriendly and/or rude. I will not take any vehicles there again. I actually have tires under warranty with this place and due to the lousy service I've decided to pay someone else for tire rotations. Last time I visited for a repair on a leaky tire, John at the front counter was rude to me when I questioned why I was being charged for the repair since I bought the hazard warranty. Fortunately there was someone else there (a young kid) with manners who took the time to look up my account and remove the charges after finding my info. Now another tire is leaking. Another visit, they left a permanent mark inside the vehicle from a spray can used to remove inspection stickers. There have been various other instances too. The last visit when I was treated rudely was it for me. The first people I meet or am greeted by when I enter a business should make a good impression and put forth some effort to treat people kindly. I've been a customer at Ferguson's since the old location on the North end of Weirton, but in recent years I've left unsatisfied more often than not. I'll go elsewhere from now on. read more
