I showed up shortly after 8 on a Monday and they were already busy. Several people were in the waiting area/lobby and two were ahead of me in line. The staff worked quickly to get through every customer and in a friendly and professional manner. You can tell the owners really make an effort to be personable and make connections with their customers. My inspection lasted about 35 minutes and unfortunately I didn't pass. They explained every detail to me and called me later to provide a quote for the service. It seemed like the prices for parts and labor were fair. They were upfront with me when I asked a series of clarifying questions and helpful in determining the best path to take. I'll certainly be a repeat customer. Note: they do have dogs in the lobby/waiting area. So, if you're allergic or not fond of them, maybe find a different mechanic.

Gave owner my registration and insurance. 30 minutes later after the shop filled up with customers wanting tires he tells me that he will not inspect my van because of the rear window coverings stating they are illegal. I showed him in the WV state police vehicle inspection manual that they are exempt due to it being a van and only the front windows and windshield cannot have window coverings on them. He said that he doesn't care he's not inspecting it. God forbid someone admit they are wrong even when they see it in black and white in front of their face. Went to another shop and was told that it was 100% legal and passed my inspection. The owner was arrogant and rude and didn't want to do it because he would make more money off the people getting tires instead of doing an inspection. I get it, but don't offer inspections if you're only going to do it when it's convenient for you and make up some lie to get out of doing it.

The dealer gave me a cold shoulder and offered no help stating they don't deal with tire issues.(but that is a different story). After making dozens of calls and getting the run around by other tire dealers, Flynn's/Snyder stepped right up to the plate and took the bull by the horns. They understood my frustration and quickly contacted Goodyear and resolved a warranty claim for me. I was VERY impressed how quickly this issue was resolved. I was able to get all 4 tires replaced under warranty and even upgraded to a different tire for just a few bucks Let me tell you I am hard to please and even harder to impress.
