Very manipulative and sketchy. I was clear about the work that needed to be done on my car, when I went to pick it up-pressured me to pay without seeing or checking to see if the repairs were made. Head gasket blew on the way home. I was always polite and reasonable with them-but he blamed me for the car breaking and told me it was my fault he did not do the repairs we agreed on that he said he would do. So they took thousands of dollars from me and my family, in the end the car had to be totalled. And then acts like everyone else is to blame including his own workers. No wonder they are failing and needing to scam customers left and right. The ONLY thing keeping this business afloat is the free garunteed income from being a police impound lot. Shameful.

I went to a real honest mechanic and spent 600 dollars and was back on the road, running smooth. Come to find out they use cheap parts, and my problem was caused by the previous repair from Marcinos. No honesty just a scumbag operation. If they pay to have this removed I will repost over and over everywhere I can.

He went above and beyond the call of duty to find me the car I was looking for. Now for service; I would never recommend you take a vehicle in for service work. I took my vehicle in with the complaint that the ac wasn't blowing very cold and wanted to see if it needed a recharge. I got a call from them that my car was ready for pickup, they found nothing wrong, no leaks and only slightly below refrigerant level. They never called for approval, but dumped all of my refrigerant and refilled it. After they completed this work there was no difference in the ac temperature. A few days later I noticed that my fan kept kicking on and off over and over again. This is a sign of over filling the refrigerant which was just done. I couldn't get it back in for almost a month and was hesitant to let them do any additional work to my vehicle. Well the fan and relay blew and my vehicle overheated. I took it back to them and they replaced the fan and relay under warranty. They never called to tell me my vehicle was ready so I called and they advised me that it was done. So no call for approval for repairs, no call that it was done and they charged me almost $700 for nothing. Then I was talking to my cousin who took her vehicle there, they recommend a full exhaust replacement so she took it to Monroe who advised her nothing was wrong. Don't make the same mistake I have, find another service station. Anywhere but Lyles Auto!!!

I was told my car would be worked on and that if there was something wrong with it, I would be informed. Instead, they kept my car for TWO MONTHS, while I continued paying for insurance and dealing with the inconvenience of not having my vehicle. After all that time, I was still left feeling like nothing had actually been accomplished. My experience dealing with Rus was especially awful. He was rude, constantly yelling, and extremely difficult to communicate with. I have never dealt with someone running a business who made me feel so uncomfortable and disrespected. I was given promises that were not followed through on, and the entire situation felt incredibly dishonest and unprofessional. Two months of keeping someone's car, making promises about working on it, and then leaving them dealing with the consequences is completely unacceptable. A business should communicate honestly, treat customers with basic respect, and actually follow through on what it promises. Absolutely terrible experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a car here to do your homework, get everything in writing, and think twice before trusting this place with your money or your vehicle.

They agreed to work on my car after I bought it if I had any problems then got mad that I took them up on the offer. So many things were wrong with the car even though they said everything was fine. I bought insurance for the month cuz I thought I would be driving it but ended up wasting $100 because my car was in the shop most of the month. Additionally there was something wrong with the gas tank. I put in a full tank a gas and half of it leaked out. No reimbursement no sorry. Just "we can't work on any other cars cuz your car is taking up all our time." Acting like it's my fault he sold me a pos car. lf he didn't want to fix anything he should have made that clear from the start and when I first asked him to work on it he should have told me no or charged me. He screamed at me to get the fuck off of his property because I asked him questions about the car and called me an idiot. Real nice.

The car went into 'limp' mode in St Clairsville, OH and I was able to drive to the GM dealer. Unfortunately the GM/Chevrolet dealer said they could not work on Kia's and suggested Jamie's Garage. Jamie drove me to the Enterprise rental Car where I discovered they had no rental cars. Jamie was able to take me back to the shop and got me in quickly. Within 2 hours of this ordeal, he got me back on the road with new parts and repairs. I am grateful he was there and that time and was nice enough to help try and get me into a rental. Great Job Jamie. Thanks
