I asked to hold for just a second so I can have him talk to my dad because I was unsure what he was looking for. The dude cut my dad off in the middle of talking and said that they were closed. The boy never said they were closed when I called and asked him to wait just a second. Used to go there all the time for parts. NEVER again especially with that service.

I needed a battery and you pull up, walk to the counter and they look up what you need in just a few moments. They will install the battery while you wait which is a HUGE convenience for me as I'm not real good at it and while I can do it it's frustrating. Give them a shot for anything you need on your car. I went first for a battery cleaner and brush and the person I asked for them was friendly. The…read morecleaner and brush came with a grease spray as well and it was all only 10 dollars. Later I went for them to check my battery, they checked it for free and I bought a new battery that they installed very quickly. The lady that changed the battery was also very nice and patient when I was deciding which battery to buy and she explained all the different options.

I don't understand how he "lost their confidence" considering how many businesses refuse to deal with anyone else but him. I would not be surprised if this store fails and ends up being closed down. The majority of their business is through commercial and now that their star commercial manager is now gone, they will most likely lose all their business.
