When I visited the storefront to choose my bed the owner was able to give me accurate prices without hesitation. He was very patient with me--I didn't really know what I was doing since I'd never gone bed shopping before. I was able to call in after the visit to order my bed, no prob. The delivery went smoothly. They called the day before to confirm my delivery time and place. I wasn't expecting a small business in Menom to be this organized, I will admit, although that is a pretty standard thing to do. When the delivery guy came to my house he was alone (his partner was too hungover to come to work--minus one star) but he was able to carry my bed all by himself up the stairs in my house no prob.. Super quick to reply and always gives me the best direction, advise and feedback for each and every product Gerhard's has to offer. Cary's knowledge and great customer service are what separates their store from the competition! Over the past year we've hosted a ton of events at our house; during these events, we've received many compliments on the house (especially on the amazing kitchen Cary helped design for us). Every little detail Cary thought of and put into this is what makes it stand out (Cambria counter tops, cabinets to the ceiling, in cabinet microwave, side cabinet trim doors, cabinet trim molding, filler between the fridge and wall, soft close doors and drawers; the list goes on and on!). I personally LOVE the hidden-trap/skirted toilets; they're easy to clean and they look much better than the traditional toilets. Also, with the high-quality Kohler product, there's a strong flush every time! And let's not forget about the soft/quiet close seat and lid (this is very convenient with kids). Not only do we give props to the beautiful and quality products Gerhard's put in our house, but I also let people know how fast and professional Cary has been every time I've called/e-mailed her this past year. I realize warranty work doesn't bring a profit, but I assure you word of mouth will. Awesome job and a HUGE thank you to Cary!

My mother and I went to this Sleep Number store and ordered a bed on October 13, 2015. We were told…read morewe would have it delivered in two weeks and that someone would call to set up a time to deliver it. Two weeks later I got a call and was told that it would be FOUR MORE weeks to get my bed because the headboard is hand made and they just switched over to a new computer system and everything was backlogged. So they said my bed would be ready by the 27th of November. I told her to have it delivered on November 30th because no one would be around the day after Thanksgiving. Monday the 30th came. They only had the headboard, the frame, and rails BUT NO BED. My mother refused it and they sent it back. I spent and HOUR on the phone just on HOLD on Monday. I spent 30 minutes on the phone while the gal tried to find out where my bed went to. She said something happened with the order got all messed up for some reason or another. But she figured it out and then tells me I need to call the next evening to set up a time to have my bed delivered because she had to reorder the bed and it had to go through the system. I called again this evening and at first she says she can't find the order and the computer won't allow her to book my delivery. She just called me and we set up a delivery date but it won't be for another week and a half. If I knew I was going to wait for a bed this long I would have went somewhere else and so should you. :(
