Our dishwasher quit working. No lights were coming on. I know nothing about appliances, so I…read morecalled Mr Appliance. We were quoted $99 for a service call. After taking off the kick plate and resetting the control board we were charged $120. So I guess nothing is included in the service call. We were charged extra for less than 5 minutes of work. That did not work and we were told that the repairs would cost more than a new unit. Well, before buying a new unit, I decided I would take a stab. Pulled the unit out of the cabinet and checked all the connections I could reach. Had the unit working in less than 15 minutes. I have ZERO knowledge or experience working on electronics or appliances. Mr. Appliance is lazy and incompetent. You are better off watching a youtube video and taking care of it yourself. After reading other reviews, it seems a big part of their business plan is spending 5 minutes on $99 service calls and not doing any work.

This was my first time visiting electronic express. I left the store not believing the experience I…read morejust had in this day and time. I am now the proud owner of a new washer; drier and dishwasher, if it were not for an outstanding sales manager I would have likely left with a washer only. This gentleman identifies as VJ (I think it stands for "Very Just"). I can unequivocally say I had a great shopping experience, in all fairness, I must mention the manager, he made himself known by interjecting his supporting opinions as VJ and I reviewed my options. Electronic Express of Chattanooga will be my "Go To" store from now on. Thank for giving me a truly memorable experience.

If I could give Electronic Express zero stars, I would. My mother purchased a Samsung stove from…read morethis company that turns on without anyone intentionally using it. The knobs do not lock, and simply brushing or bumping against them while passing by can turn the stove on. This is an extremely dangerous safety hazard, especially if a child walks past it. This is not a hypothetical concern. The stove actually turned on and caused a fire that burned and damaged my mother's cabinetry. My parents are both older adults, with my father being considerably advanced in age, which makes leaving this dangerous appliance in their home even more concerning. They should not have to live in fear that accidentally brushing against their stove could cause another fire. This is now my mother's second attempt to have the stove repaired. Electronic Express promised to provide new safety-locking knobs to prevent this from happening again, but an entire month has passed, and they still have not delivered or installed them. Instead of replacing this dangerous stove, they have left my parents with an appliance they cannot safely use. When I called the store, I spoke with the manager, Jamie. Considering that this Samsung stove caused an actual fire inside my parents' home, I expected concern, urgency, and accountability. Instead, he was rude, disrespectful, dismissive, and tried to pass me off to another department rather than helping resolve the problem. A stove that turns on when someone merely brushes against it is a serious fire hazard, not a minor repair issue. Electronic Express has shown that it does not stand behind the products it sells or take responsibility when something goes dangerously wrong. Samsung also needs to stand behind its product and address this serious safety issue. After an actual fire, damage to their cabinetry, two attempts to have the stove repaired, and a month of waiting for promised safety parts, my parents deserve a replacement stove, not more excuses and disrespect. I strongly caution anyone against purchasing a Samsung appliance from Electronic Express if this is how both companies respond when a product becomes a danger inside a customer's home.
