I was blown away by the additional review process they did when evaluating all the various options I had for car insurance, and we have a number of vehicles, so it was important the right company and policy was selected. Not only that, but I've had to make a number of additions and changes and inquiries and they have gotten back to me in no time flat. They offer a friendly and customer oriented demeanor and I'm a big fan at this point. I hope to bring them even more business and refer others to them. What an awesome insurance brokerage!

Michael and Austin have perfected the art of being all business and all heart. Very few have the…read moregift of being able to manage both in business. They helped my mom, who is terminal to get on Medicare and chose the supplement policies that best meet her needs. They also educated her on social security benefits that she may be entitled to. They pointed us in the right direction and now she is receiving benefits we never thought she was entitled to, much less aware of. Michael and Austin treated my mom with such kindness and dignity. They laughed at her corny jokes and made her feel comfortable. I'll never forget this father and son team. They are kind, smart, knowledgeable about insurance and social security benefits you may be eligible for. Thank you so much for grating my mom with so much dignity and kindness. The best and most awesome thing Mike does is review every one of his client's policies, every year, to see if he can save you money! They made several mistakes on a new policy, one of which had my home 700 sq ft smaller, when I…read morenoticed the mistake they were no longer competitive so I canceled the policy before it took effect. Because of one of their many errors they had to put the policy through with three separate charges. They said they would reverse the charges but after two weeks only one charge was reversed. I told them that if it isn't resolved soon I would dispute the charge with the credit card company, which I ended up doing. I then received a check. I called the card company and they said to deposit the check, and advise Allstate to contact the card company. Allstate said they would not contact the card company which of course wasted even more of my time. I didn't want two charges to appear. I can't believe that all Allstate offices are as incompetent as this one but I found much better rates with another major insurance company. If you have a policy with this agent you may want to read it carefully for errors. You will likely get better insurance with a different company.
