The sweet receptionist called her manager to approve who basically told me to drop dead. The apologetic, professional receptionist told me I should go to the emergency room which is what I did. People in the medical field take an oath not to turn away those in need of medical care. This was unprofessional, rude and just plain evil. Called the office a number of times and never received a return call. Went to the office hoping to see the doctor and was told he was leaving and couldn't see me and I would get an antibiotic. Asked why there never was a return call and he said he was having issues with the phone. Tried the office again the following day and when I walked in the male receptionist told me did I think I was entitled walking in and since I haven't been there in 2 years what did I expect. Needless to say I walked out after being insulted and reprimanded and found another doctor and I was diagnosed with bronchitis. Dr Buono is a wonderful doctor but it's impossible to get past his rude male receptionist. Needless to say, due to the incredibly insolence of the male receptionist there are 3 less patients for that office. He needs to have a course in patient etiquette and proper and polite discourse.
