I went there for convenience since she takes walk ins. They ordered unnecessary diagnostic tests just to bill my insurance. For example echocardiogram although my EKG was normal and I didn't have a history of heart problems. She seemed disappointed whenever my test results came back normal, and I would leave each visit feeling upset and frustrated. read more

Inconsiderate and money hungry. She doesn't take time to listen to your symptoms. The care is very in and out which is horrible for primary care physician. I promise you can find better. read more

Wait time was short. But service was too fast. Blood work, sonogram, EKG, urine Sample & another test was done immediately, then what seemed to be one of her assistants told me ok I can leave. But I told her that I haven't spoken to the doctor yet or had a consultation. Then I was sat down to wait because apparently there was an online/offline issue and lost connection with the printers. I asked her how can she tell multiple gallstones. When she pulled them up on the screen I only saw one small image as one black spot. Then she tells me she can't explain the screen but she knows what she saw in the sonogram. That left me wondering. She said passively that I need to lose weight. Then I proceeded to discuss swelling around my ankles but she said it is not swelling but not to take the diuretic pills for now until labs are back and to come in next week Tuesday very early for ECO test. Then she will discuss results. She proceeded to say, to tell all my family and friends to see her because she does everything in her office. She provided me with 3 handwritten prescriptions with one being generic for Lipitor 40mg without disclosing that is what she had prescribed. I also saw prescription for Prilosec but I don't have issues with my stomach (to be correct, I looked at the prescription walking away to the pharmacy). I felt rushed, dismissed, and confused. She has a nice way of speaking but I didn't feel the doctor/patient connection. When I went to the reception area, I was given a referral for an ophthalmologist, but nothing was discussed with the doctor and I don't have issues with my eyes. I decided not to return. read more

After being berated and gossiped about with another nurse while I was in the next room, I cant consider this practice a healthy one to be caring for the public. I went to this doctor because I needed a physical for a procedure. I had smoked long before the appointment and after waiting an hour and 40 minutes for her she finally calls me in and makes inappropriate comments about the way I smell and how she's "allergic" to what I smoked. Her nurse barely asked me any questions about my current health status and kept bringing up the fact that I smoked. I felt like I was in the room being reprimanded by my parents. She drew my blood before even greeting me to understand why I was there. Her nurse would make snide remarks about my smoking and smirk when I would answer with annoyance at having been asked the same questions 10 times. They dont ask if anything has changed since last appointment, they just make assumptions and write it in your chart. When I threatened to report her to the board for gossiping about a patient with her nurse she responded "I dont care" then they tried to turn things back on me. I dont care that you dont agree with someone's life choices but every patient should be treated with care and respect. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE YOU WILL FIND THAT. I wish her all the best but she wont be getting another dime of insurance money off my name. read more

Been here years ago and never went back. The Doctor had the longest personal conversation with her friend while I waited to be seen. She ran several test although I am healthy and all came back negative. I was prescribed cholesterol medication with refills when I was borderline. I went to another doctor and was told I didn't need it the cholesterol was not in need of me taking medication. She appears very greedy. I mean "GREEDY" go elsewhere! read more

Dr. Reddy has been my PCP for six years. She is an excellent physician and a credit to her profession.

First of let me start by saying if you care about health do not go to this Dr, they are very unprofessional. She draw my blood without using any gloves and when asked if they have hand sanitizer , the assistant said we don't have, I told her about a problem that I had and she didn't even talk to me about , she just makes you do some stupid sonograms and never give you the result or even talk to you about any of the results she gotten from all the several test they make you so, NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE, plus they even forgot to give me my insurance card back, this doctors only care about way to make money from the insurance company she doesn't care about her patients at all. read more

The doctor answers her cell phone while she is in a visit with you. She seems personable, but gets offended if you don't understand some words due to her heavy accent. She does send for a lot of tests-which is the best part. The facility is extremely old and needs significant cleaning and updating. read more

if you care about your health and well being do not, i repeat do not go to Reddy, she is unprofessional, she is more concerned about milking what she can from insurance company's than her patient health, she tried to draw blood from me before even asking me the purpose of my visit. read more

ok so I began seeing Dr. Reddy about 2 years ago. I didn't notice anything wrong for the first year and a half as I was only going to see her for yearly physicals. I did notice some clerical errors and unprofessionalism from the medical assistants in the beginning. I was asked to give a urine sample and I noticed that the medical assistant had written the wrong name on the cup after I had given the sample. I noticed a few other little errors but the real problems didn't begin until I had an actual medical problem. she does not take the time to explain your condition or even perform any type of examination. she gives you unnecessary tests that you don't need and medication that has nothing to do with what your medical needs are. All she does is take blood and give sonograms for which you do not get the results for. I have never been to a doctor or doctors office that is as negligent as Dr. Reddys office. I was inspired to write this review because I actually visited her office today because of an emergency situation. As I stated earlier I have been a patient of Dr. Reddy's office for 2 years. my last physical at her office about 6 months ago. when I got there today she asked me if I was a new patient. I told her that I had been going there for 2 years. she looked at me as if I had 2 heads and proceeded to ask me questions about my medical history which should have already been in my chart. then to my shock and dismay I realized that she did not have my chart and she was starting a new one. All of my blood work and medical history was gone. The interesting fact was that being that I was a previous patient i didn't bring my insurance card to the visit. its funny that my insurance information was the only thing on file. after she asked about my medical history, i tried to talk to her about the reason for my visit. the phone rang and she sat in the room with me on a personal call for 20 minutes. when she finally hung up i tried to speak with her again and she cut me off and told me to let someone else handle that because I don't have the right insurance for her to discuss that with me. she then drew my blood and left. someone came in to do an EKG, and then handed me 2 prescriptions for which I had no idea what they were for. Dr. Reddy was gone. the reason for my visit was never addressed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Dr. Reddy for anyone. If you have any existing medical conditions it is dangerous to be under her care. She is extremely negligent in her duties as a healthcare professional. She does not keep track of your medical history and she performs unnecessary tests in order to collect funds from insurance companies. DO NOT waste your time or money! hope this helps. read more

Dr Vidya M Reddy Almost cost me my life......It was the worst experience a human being can go though. I went to see Dr. Rebby because I had a severe pain in my lower abdomen. The way she spoke to me was hurtful and unprofessional. She said "whatever IT is, you are not pregnant, whatever it is it's not a baby...and expect to bleed soon" and she said you can go home now. Can you believe a doctor telling you expect to bleed and send you home while I'm in an unbearable pain? I could barely walk out of the office to call a cab to go home. As soon as I started to walk, a felt a heavy flow of blood rushing down my pants. I managed to make it home. The next morning I couldn't endure the pain I went to Beth Israel Hospital on Kings Highway. In less than 5 minutes I was being examined in the emergency room. It turn out that I was 12 weeks pregnant YES 12 WEEKS and Dr Reddy told me "whatever IT is, it's not a baby..." I seriously do not recommend Dr Reddy because all they do when you go to her office is blood test and sonogram regardless of the purpose of your visit. Now I am seeing another doctor and my baby is doing fine. If it was for her I would probably have some severe complication. read more
