Before choosing a provider, we visited 3 different orthodontic offices to compare opinions, treatment plans, and cost. Dr. Gechoff and the staff was pleasant to work with from the beginning! His plan was ultimately the most cost effective and the least invasive for or 7 year old son. (Who had a long road ahead with treatment no matter how we went about it). The appointments have always been reasonable to schedule. And when we have had those pesky wires break, we have not had any issues getting in to get them fixed. After seeing the results of my sons mouth, I ultimately decided to come in for a consult on my lower (overlapping) teeth. I began invisalign for my treatment. The results have been quick, and I havent needed to come in for frequent appointments. It's been easy! I recommend Dr. Gechoff's office for treatment. Get a consult and see! The staff is welcoming, the office is clean, and if you come in for afternoon appointments there are always fresh cookies!

Although I am an adult complicated case due to a narrow palate and previous loss of multiple teeth with dental implants, there was zero empathy displayed by this office for my root resorption and continued tooth loss because I signed consent for possible risks. Most recently I had the new digital scanning technology to image a tooth that needed a touchup. The tech was visibly frustrated with the difficulty of scanning my teeth because of my gum recession and exclaimed loudly in front of a room of juvenile patients, their parents, and staff as the seats are lined up with no privacy "Ugh It's your teeth!" I was completely humiliated about a health condition that has caused me severe depression and significant anxiety. Staff are insensitive to adult dental conditions.

One of my kids didn't get them early on and needed a crown, which was stressful and expensive . After that, I got sealants for the rest of the kids, and we've avoided cavities altogether . I saw a negative review about the sealants once, and honestly, it made me sad . In my experience, sealants saved us thousands . Sedation, crowns, and dental work for kids can add up fast. $350 is a fair price for high-quality protection--and the materials they use here are top notch. After being referred to Dr. Rogers, by Dr. Chan, my daughter has been nurtured through the 18 month process. Greeted by Kami, Receptionist Extraordinaire, appoints are kept on-time without an hour wait before being seen. Texts are sent as reminders and re-schedules are made at your convenience. Janeen is a Gem of an assistant. Understanding, patient and kind; she sets the tone of the appointment. I mean genuine anxiety and fear. The kind where your heart races, your mind goes a million miles an hour, and you would rather put off going altogether than have to sit in that chair. Over the years, that fear has made dental care incredibly difficult for me. So when I found this office, I honestly didn't know what to expect. From my very first visit, they treated me completely differently than I had experienced before. They listened to me. They understood my anxiety. They never made me feel embarrassed, ashamed, or like I was being difficult. They were patient, reassuring, and incredibly compassionate. And most importantly, they actually cared about how I was feeling. I recently had to have a root canal and for someone with my level of dental anxiety, that was a HUGE deal. I was scared going into it, but the entire team worked so hard to make me feel safe and comfortable. They explained what was happening, checked on me, and never made me feel like my fear was an inconvenience. I walked into this office with fear, and I walked out thinking, "Maybe I can actually do this." That is something I never thought I would say about going to the dentist. So if you're reading this because you're someone who is terrified of the dentist, avoids appointments, has had a bad experience, or gets anxious just thinking about dental work--I truly hope you give this office a chance. Where do I begin, this place has turned into a nightmare over night…read more First off they do a "FREE" (lol) CT of your mouth but if you need to go somewhere else for care or your insurance doesn't cover it they will not give you a copy. So much for what's best for the patient, it's all about greed and money money money. This is why we pay so much for health insurance, this exact reason. So they give a free scan, your paying for your visit and what work your getting done but they hold it hostage even is it's for the best interest of the patient. Second, if you have insurance do not go here, they are going to charge you just like you were cash pay, you won't save anything. Third, they will give you a price on the phone but after you're in the chair the price will go up. I think this place must be ran by the Jews, it's a good guess. This place use to be family oriented, but now has turned into someone trying to pay off a big business loan.
