Ernest Morgan again completed my service, remembering the history and recommending an additional free service that worked well in the past and scheduled it for me. Ernest is obviously doing a great job looking out for my property, and it's always good to see his smling face! read more

I am really impressed with Andy Nunez and his customer service. He is very thorough and very nice to work with!!

Mr Ernest Morgan was very professional and caring about the wasp situation here. He took the time to explain my observations and the aggressive Yellow Jackets. This is a critical situation because management here needed to deal with it. But it had gone on too long. Too many visitors have been chased and stung. I immediately met with the manager as he was leaving, and told her the company offered their services. Extremly knowledgeable about each type we were facing here. Also informed the SSVF housing program. I have to highly recommend Mr Ernest Morgan and Fenix Pesticide. Hope to hear from the apartments here soon, that they will do the right thing. Especially with children living next door. Thank you so much for your efforts! Well done. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They have their google reviews off so you cannot leave a review. Worst company ever. Their scheduling team sucks with no time frame. Spray does not work no matter how many times they come out for free sprays. Charge you over $350 to get out of contract. Tells you the spray needs 14 days/ two sprays to start to work but you only have 3 days to cancel after signing contract. When you try to call to cancel, they push and push to try to get you to let them send another tech out "with different spray" then when you call them out for it, they claim they just don't want you to pay the cancelation fee and not get another service even though you are paying the fee to get away from their services. Run away from this "family owned" company. read more

First service this afternoon. Nolan quickly and effectively identified that it was not moles but gophers making my yard look like land mines. He also removed all the mud dauber wasp mounds from my two-story home. Excellent service and a good explanation after completion of it. FULLY RECOMMENDED. read more

This company came highly recommended and I decided to use them for my residence. My technician (Chad) was cordial, pleasant, and professional. He was respectful of the property and was very thorough with his work and the services provided. Thanks for a great job well-done! I would highly recommend them for their services and fair prices. read more

This company is the WORST!! I signed with them last year made me do a whole year. When it came to my renewal I didn't want to renew so I called to cancel they than told me I would be charges again because I didn't give 30 days written notice so I told the lady ok if I am going to pay make them come out and treat. They did come out and treat and of course just like all the other months they had to keep coming back as they didn't do a complete or good job. So I called them today as I am still within the last 3 months and was told no they where not going to come out and treat and no they didn't come out the last time (which they did come out). the lady was a BITCH and I have to say everyone I have spoken to there was not nice at all. Sad thing is I had told about 5 people about this company and every one of them told me they have the same problem with this company --they don't do a complete job / they are rude and very un-professinal and just keep taking your money and this isn't cheap?? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. and the only reason why they got 1 star is it will not allow me to post without a star read more

Corey Jackson came today and did service for my house. He understood our problems and did both indoor and outdoor(perimeter) pest control. Since I work from home, he made sure I was not disturbed and yet provided a professional service. read more

Thanks to my technician Akheem Reid from Fenix Pest Control for an outstanding job, who serviced my home for the initial treatment today. Akheem was polite, professional and pleasant to deal with. He listened to my requests and delivered promptly. He went around the house spotting wasp nests, ants infestation and removed the spider cobwebs. I want to give thanks to Sales Rep. Ms Rachel Chambers who explained to me about the service Fenix Pest Control provides. I am looking forward to a positive business relationship with this company. read more

I had a minor issue and called the office and they took care of it right away. So far things are going well and appreciate their service.

Akeem was polite, cleanly and through. He called ahead to let us know when he was coming. He asked about any issues we might have had since the last visit. He did a great job inside and out. read more

Akheem is amazing. He is very professional and does an amazing job. I'd highly recommend him as a technician. Fenix as a company, is excellent as well. They always go above and beyond to ensure the job is done and done right. Couldn't be more pleased. read more

My 70 yr old aunt called them to cancel service. They showed up again after that and treated after she had already cancelled. When she called the representative actually said we didn't know if you changed your mind. Seriously people who call to cancel mean it. Now they want her to pay for a canceled service. They state she didn't email them to cancel. Lawsuit pending anyone who wants to join contact me. You can be added to the case. read more

Kory was very kind and respectful when he provided the service at our home. He explained our puppy's safety. Thank you!

After a while the product was no longer effective. I called to cancel after being out of contract for over a year and was told I would be billed regardless of whether I received service or not. This is a scam. The tech have all be so friendly and helpful but this company's practices are unethical and fraudulent. Check anything you sign from them because you could end up paying for them to do nothing but argue and transfer you to an extremely rude management member. Do not recommend this company. read more

Austin Silva was a very dedicated young man when it came to getting the job done and making sure I was satisfie.

I set up a 12 month contract with this company and the initial charge was $99 for the first month and $65/month for the remaining 11 months. They've been charging $95/month. I called to cancel because my house sold and I was charged $161 to cancel. My contract states the cancellation fee would be equivalent to the initial charge or $99. Tell me why they've been overcharging and why I'm being charged a higher cancellation fee? I do NOT recommend this company. Do NOT sign any contract with them and for heavens sake, don't give them your credit card information! They charge whatever they want and the contract means nothing. read more

It's a scam!!! They tell you that you can cancel your service at any time. But what they don't mention is that it's gonna cost over $200 to cancel. They didn't even fix our red ant problem. All they did was spray sticky poison all over our outside windows, patio furniture, and electric smoker and grill. We had to scrub it off with heavy duty cleaner. They even sprayed pesticides on my small vegetable garden!!! We got it all on video. So disappointed with their service. I just can't believe we spend our hard earned money on nothing but poison and having to spend an entire weekend cleaning up everything that they should not have sprayed around our house. And did I mention we still have a terrible red ant problem in our yard!!? Please don't waste your money like we did. You can tell that all they're good reviews are fake. Don't be duped like we were. read more

Thank you Akheem for your excellent service! The technician was very professional, on-time and listened to my needs. Great, thorough service! read more

I cannot give a zero. They claim to have performed service after refusing multiple times that we do not have any contract with them. They claim half service, bill for full service and on a day, no one is available. Then they started calling and harassing my wife for payment. I have reported them to BBB. Scam! read more

I can not think of a worse company that I have ever used for anything in my life. The service is beyond terrible. My yard and house has been nothing but full of pests since this company started the pest control at my house. It has been 1 year now and I have tried to cancel the service 2 times with no luck. The only way you can cancel is by paying hundreds of dollars in fees or by waiting til the exact date you signed up for service and hand writing them a letter within exactly one month and mailing it directly to them to cancel the service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY under any circumstances. They gave me a huge bait and switch, they sent out a really knowledgeable guy to sell the job and then send a bunch of idiots out that have no idea what they are doing the rest of the year. This is a terrible company, I wish I could give 0 stars instead of 1. Their business model is to rob you! read more

Stay away from this company. I was done with my agreed treatments. When I tried to call and end my contract they told me I had to wait till the contract was up even though I had no more treatments. When I called before they came out unfortunately, I didn't send them an email soon enough, so I still got billed for another service. They were told not to come on the property but did anyways. It's unfortunate that companies like this are still in business. Hopefully this will stop someone else from wasting their money on this company. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

DO NOT use this company . Complete scam !!! First off they suck and saw no decrease in Ants. Second they will not let you cancel your service and if you don't mail in hand written letter within a 30 day window that they specify your service will auto renew and you won't be able to cancel either . Service is terrible .. only good reviews are first time service because they beg you to leave one . Don't fall for it . Scum company read more
