When I arrived, I pointed directly to the 30-minute option on their service chart. The guy brought me back, but during the session, it felt like it was running long. When I asked about the time, there was a significant language barrier, so he used a translation app and informed me it was actually an hour-long session. I reiterated that I had specifically requested and agreed to 30 minutes, at which point he stopped the massage. When I got to the register, I was charged for the full hour. Frustrated and just wanting to leave, I paid the bill. During checkout, the guy aggressively pushed for a tip--even though tips are optional--standing there, laughing sarcastically, and talking about me to another employee when I declined to tip due to the poor service and billing issue. **It feels like this business takes advantage of customers with unclear pricing or communication barriers. Be sure to communicate if you need more or less. This place has been around for many years and many of the same workers are their. Which is huge!
