I giving two stars for their pricing. I got a 20 minute chair message and the man was rushing me to sit down and then was EXTREMELY rough! I asked him 3 different times to lighten up as well as told him that hurts and he would go back to being rough! I woke up this morning and my neck and back are bruised! To say I was a little skeptical would be an understatement. This business has no website so I want sure what to expect, but I've been twice now and can assure you they're top notch! Both of the massage therapists I've seen have been very careful, asking me what pressure I desired and staying away from areas on my body I asked them to avoid (specifically, a very painful heel). Their English is quite limited but the two therapists I've seen had little hand held translation devices so they were able to communicate. I got a 90-minute full body massage with oil and both times hot stones were included. I'm sure that reservations are preferred but both times I just walked in. They offer a wide variety of services including chair massage, full body, and reflexology for 30, 60, or 90 minutes. The chair massages are kind of "out in the open" but the full massage rooms are private--either fully private rooms with doors or little cubbies surrounded by curtains. Massage was great, however. I prefer a soft and serene environment where I can relax. I came in to the roo to full on 120w spot lights. I dimmed them to a normal Massage room level. Once the tech came in lights turned back to full bright. I stated I did not feel comfortable and the therapist said the owners want the lights on for the peep hole on the door so They can look in on the Massage. This is supposed to be relaxing and private, not where, I need to lay there feeling like I'm being watched or recorded. Techs were professional so I don't understand the door views and lights. My husband needed a deep tissue massage and we saw the reviews on yelp were pretty good so I called and they said we could just walk in with no appointment and sure enough when we got there he chose from the board which type of massage he wanted he chose deep tissue with oil he said the girl did really good and his shoulder felt better so he plans on going 3 times a month oh and they are open until 10 which is also a plus read more

Clean nice place for a walk In massage or to schedule. They offer set massage where you keep your clothes on and they lay a sheet over you and massage you that way or they have massage with oil where you get undressed and you were in a private room and they massage. They have a very large menu board when you walk in to show all the services that they offer some of which include foot soak and massage, just a neck massage and a chair, dry or oil massage. We have gone to this place several times, and We usually opt just for the dry massage, and they have a large room where there are multiple massage tables, so you go and lay down in a room with other people. It is not too bad, not super private, but you are face down so it doesn't really matter. I'm sure you could request a private room for either type of massage. Above the tables, they have bars on the ceiling so if you want a deeper, harder massage, they do use those bars to be able to walk on your back. Last time I was there I had her do that, and it was amazing. The only complaint I would have is that the workers talk to each other, (some not in a quite voice) and when someone comes in the front door, you may have the person who has to leave you and go attend to the people at the front door. That is what my experience was this last time, and I didn't really appreciate it, but I do understand that they don't have enough staff to just keep one person at the door the whole time. Overall, it was a good experience, the masseuse did a great job and always asks how you are doing and how is the pressure, so that is good. I think next time I go, I will try the massage with oil and be in a private room so that my masseuse will not have to leave to go to the front door and I get my full hour massage in. read more

Luloy was my massage therapist. Luloy is very experienced in her work and just knows where and how hard to push. I gotta say if you haven't had a massage from Luloy then you haven't really yet had a great. massage. So impressed with this place! Decided to go here because they accept walk-ins and I didn't need to make an appointment. Was a little skeptical about it, but walked in, checked in and someone took me straight back. My daughter had a 60-minute massage and I got a 30-minute chair massage. Mine was great. I don't always like chair massages as they don't always hit the spots I want. I told him what my problem areas were and he did exactly as requested. Excellent! My daughter said she really liked hers as the gentleman giving her the massage did an exceptional job. Oh, and the price... so good! You just can't beat this place for the price and the quality of service you receive! Will definitely visit again!! read more

None of the employees spoke much English. That made it impossible to explain that we weren't comfortable removing some of our clothes. So one of the ladies started helping remove it instead of trying to understand. It was pretty bright in the room, and when we were finished paying $60/hour we were bluntly asked for a tip. Today was my first time to visit Total 7 massage and certainly will not be my last. I had a 60 minute full body massage and 30 minute foot reflexology. Harry did an amazing job! I highly recommend him! I feel like a new person. There was no wait and it was very professional. read more
