As a native Wacoan I never knew about this place until a few months before I was about to move out…read morethe state. I enjoyed a few massages with different students and confident I would return in the future. I now live in Phoenix were there are endless amounts of resorts and spas, however the quality and pricing can sometimes be questionable. So because I travel home every so often I decided to give ABC another go while I was in town. I was able to book the appointment two days prior to my arrival for not only myself, but my fiance as well. Upon our arrival, our therapists were a little a late, however that gave us time to get paperwork done. This was my fiance's first experience with a professional massage, he absolutely loved it! I too, was very relaxed and look forward to going back. The pricing is very reasonable. I have heard people question going to a school, however these students are very knowledgeable and if you do not like something they do or have comments, you are given a "grade report" to fill out post massage.

Unfortunately, the experience was the exact opposite of relaxing and left me much more stressed than when I walked in. When I arrived, I pointed directly to the 30-minute option on their service chart. The guy brought me back, but during the session, it felt like it was running long. When I asked about the time, there was a significant language barrier, so he used a translation app and informed me it was actually an hour-long session. I reiterated that I had specifically requested and agreed to 30 minutes, at which point he stopped the massage. When I got to the register, I was charged for the full hour. Frustrated and just wanting to leave, I paid the bill. During checkout, the guy aggressively pushed for a tip--even though tips are optional--standing there, laughing sarcastically, and talking about me to another employee when I declined to tip due to the poor service and billing issue. **It feels like this business takes advantage of customers with unclear pricing or communication barriers. I do not recommend coming here if you want an honest, stress-free experience**
