Post this review later today…read more My experience with Jacob from PDR was nothing short of exceptional. After a hail storm damaged my son's 2023 BMW on his high school parking lot in Scottsdale last October, I began researching PDR companies and body shops. Jacob's company quickly rose to the top, thanks to his outstanding communication skills and prompt inspection. He worked efficiently with my insurance company, making the repair process incredibly smooth. I was blown away by the attention to detail and expertise Jacob brought to the table, ensuring the paint remained flawless. The fact that he included a detailing when I picked up the car was the icing on the cake. I highly recommend Jacob and his company for any dent repair needs - their professionalism, workmanship, and customer service are truly top-notch.

I called Tony and sent piccs and got an estimate right away, and even in these Covid19 times, got scheduled within only a few days. He was right on time on the day and explained on how the job would go. He cured two planned dents and one small one I didn't notice, on-the-house. It took the full hour and it sounded like it was a good workout for Tony. Very physical work. I'm super grateful he could get the dents out and, even though he said it wouldn't look perfect afterwards, I think it does. Two thumbs way up. I hope not to have this issue again but I know who to call if I do.

It is very minor compared to other pictures they have on the website. So I have a hard time believing my job is out of their scope. He provided a fair quote and we decided to get this repaired on a Tuesday morning. The gentleman showed up on time, very professional and got the bumper repaired/sprayed. My only concern was: during the process he decided to move my car to get better sun lighting, but carelessly left tiny random paint drips on my leather steering wheel from his fingers (sigh and I wish this really didn't happen and would have been 5 stars). Overall his color matching was great, spray technique was a B and he never followed up to get the drips buffed out. Leaving the paint drips caused quite a headache for me honestly and for how new my M3 was. After 3 weeks I hired a mobile leather repair guy to get this fixed (cost $175). I feel bad for any reviews under 5 stars, but I felt an honest and constructive criticism was necessary here. For someone with high expectation and meticulous like myself...I probably will not use Green Recon again, I apologize.

Jonathan was able to stop by the next day and finished the first part of the job in about 4 hours. He had to come back a few days later to wet sand the orange peel. The end job looks fantastic. One tip I would recommend is to ask how much it would cost to do the entire bumper. I would have had him redo the whole bumper and get all the tiny rock chips out since he's already there to paint it. Highly recommended.

I questioned whether it was worth having it repaired, but everytime I approached the car I noticed it, and resolved to have it repaired. The first place I contacted requested that I text in some photos. Their website showed about 20 different technicians working for the company here in Phoenix, but after getting a blow-off text that the 'technician was in the field' after forwarding photos, I never heard from them again. The second guy I called requested a couple photos of the damage and I obliged, and he came back immediately at $500 to repair the dents. I felt that was too high and I reached out to The Ding Doctor next, just to see if he was more reasonable. He replied quickly and requested additional photos and even video, so that he could more accurately understand the scope of the work, and set his pricing accordingly. I heard from him shortly thereafter, and Calin said that he could do the work for $400. I asked him how soon he could do the work and he offered a time the very next day, which I accepted. The work he did on the car completely removed any trace of the defect and I learned because of his skill, he was able to bypass working alongside the window and accomplished the repair just through the small opening from the front door. I was extremely grateful for such a pleasant experience working with someone who is very good at what they do, shows up when they say they will, and is reasonable in determining their rightful compensatation. I could not recommend Calin and The Ding Doctor more highly. If you find yourself in a similar position, you should consider contacting him. Andy S.
