His crew was done installing the fence in less than 3 hours, which was 100' of fence and also included tearing down the old, broken fence. Not to mention working in the rain. His crew was very nice too. They cleaned up the job site as if they had never been there. I know I got the best deal, but I also got a quality, professionally installed fence that will last for many years. I highly recommend Discount Fence of Orlando.

From the person who came (quickly and on time) for the estimate to the crew who came to install (also quick turnaround and on time), everyone was so professional and kind. Well worth the money spent to have a company value customer service, being on time and a standard of excellence in craftsmanship.

First- customer service and beginning of the process was very good. From the quote to the install was pretty good. The quote- we received a couple different quotes for two different types of fences. We had large bushes that would need to be trimmed back. The team had a guy come out to find the survey pegs. He said they trim them bushes all the time. I was told only thing on the bushes that would be extra outside of the quote would be to have them hauled away. We opted to dispose of them ourselves. - in the end they added $80 to the invoice for the trimming. I told them they should have included that when they came out. The install- the day of the install nobody showed up. Nobody called. My wife waited half a day and called. They said they were running behind and would call right back. Nobody ever called. Install day- showed up after calling and install began. We have irrigation and the installers installed on the front of the sprinkler heads. Would recommend that they check that prior to installing in the future. A little old lady is not going to be able to tell the installers where all her irrigation heads are. Fence was completed with the exception of two panels which had to be completed after inspection. Called about 4 days after to find when the inspector would be coming. Was told the permit would be hung and inspection on Thursday or Friday. Saturday came and Sunday came and nothing. Allied the Tuesday after and was told they would schedule its finally Friday came and the inspection was done. Was told they would finish the panels on Saturday. Saturday came and nobody showed. Called next week and finally got a response. Overall the fence is a fence and it works. The communication of this company is terrible. If someone is gonna be late or not show, call the customer, instead of the customer having to keep calling And quote for the price based on the job instead of raising the price when complete.

I had a great experience with Fence Outlet. I received quote for materials & installation as well…read moreas materials only (for self install) for a vinyl fence. Fence Outlet was fair and the staff was really friendly and easy to work with. I ultimately decided to do the materials only and self install the fence, price was a large factor here - the cost difference was significant, which I understand but ultimately led me to the self install. I was able to break my materials only order into 3 parts and install one section at a time. Pick-up was easy, the folks loaded it right in my truck and helped secure everything. When I needed to make a second trip, it was as simple as returning and picking up the second half. There was no hassles for any issues - for example on one order there were 3 fence slats that were damaged due to the strapping that bound them. I brought them back and the staff looked over them and replaced them for me. The vinyl fence was easy to install - the hardest part is not the fence - it is navigating your own yard and avoiding marked underground cabling or removing roots in the way. At the same time as I started my vinyl fence my father ordered wood panel fence and they quickly delivered to him with a few days (wood fence if course is a little more of a pain to install......and you can't install in without help :) Overall, I am happy with Fence Outlet and recommend them if you have a fence project

Our 570-foot, 4' black aluminum fence project in Hammock Dunes felt rushed from the start, with the installation crew focused on finishing the job in a single day rather than delivering quality workmanship. Corners were cut, details were overlooked, and the final result was an incomplete fence with panels and gates installed backward, along with other bent or damaged pieces requiring multiple repairs that was not resolved in a single return visit. The foreman, Gerardo, was rarely on-site, communication was difficult, and I had to follow up for over five weeks to get the job completed correctly. Owner Gio also failed to follow through on commitments made to address our concerns. When investing in a fence, quality matters for long-term integrity and durability of the installation. Based on the poor workmanship, lack of supervision, and the need for repeated follow-up to correct issues, I strongly DO NOT recommend this company.
