I would not recommend Fence Mall based on my experience. I…read morepaid a $1,600 deposit for a vinyl fence installation. Before any materials were ordered or work began, we submitted the required application to our HOA for approval. Unfortunately, the HOA denied the request and would only approve a black metal fence. As soon as I received the denial, I contacted Fence Mall and explained the situation. Since I specifically wanted a vinyl fence, I decided not to move forward with the project and requested my deposit back. They agreed to refund it, but told me they would keep 35% of my deposit as a cancellation fee. $600 To my knowledge, no materials had been ordered and no installation work had started because everyone was waiting for the HOA's decision. Despite that, they kept approximately $600 from my deposit. I understand that businesses need cancellation policies, but charging such a large fee before any materials were purchased or work was performed is unfair. I was unable to proceed due to circumstances outside of my control, and I don't believe keeping hundreds of dollars in this situation is reasonable. Specially with todays economy I hope Fence Mall reconsiders how it handles situations like this, because it left me feeling like I paid $600 for absolutely nothing. I encourage anyone considering using them to carefully read the cancellation terms before signing a contract. Or just wait for your association approval before giving deposit ...

Robert Martinez, a representative of Fence Mall, 407-614-6158, CP 407-861-8271, came to my house, took measurements, photos, and we discussed various options. He provided a formal estimate the next day. I also received estimates from two other companies. Robert's Fence Mall estimate was within the estimates of the other companies. I chose Fence Mall because of outstanding reviews and Robert's attention to detail. The installation crew arrived on time, with all the necessary materials and expertise. Within several hours the doors were completed and properly installed. They did an excellent job. The doors are well built, very sturdy, and high quality materials. I am extremely happy with Fence Mall and Robert Martinez.

Let me spare you the time of finding the right fence company…read more I spent a lot of time trying to find the best fence company. I wanted to replace a 20+ year-old wooden fence, and from my research, cedar would be the best for longevity, price, and value. Finding a fence company that carried cedar turned out to be a task--let alone finding one that was upfront, honest, and conveyed integrity. That made the mission even more challenging. I met with four different companies. Some just pushed for vinyl, which was cheaper, but I already had a partial vinyl fence on my property and knew it had some disadvantages. Then I met with a company that did have cedar, but something didn't seem right. With more digging, I found out my hunch was correct about that company and that there were some red flags against them. Fast forward to All County Fence. I spoke with Brandi to request an estimate, and Justin came by and surveyed my property. Something felt right. I knew the square footage of my fence, and the first good sign was that Justin gave me the correct measurement--while others had added extra feet. After the usual wait for paperwork, the expected back-and-forth, the down payment, the permit, and the scheduling, it was finally time for my new fence. My existing fence was hit hard by the previous hurricane, and I had made a substantial makeshift setup to fill in the damaged areas. Two men showed up--unfortunately, I can't recall their names (my apologies). I thought to myself, how in the world are these guys going to tear down over 200 feet of 8-foot fence? Well, my Lord--I had never seen two people work that hard and that fast. I was floored. They worked tirelessly through sun and rain to install an amazingly level 8-foot fence. The speed was one thing, but the accuracy was another. I was honestly in disbelief. When it was all finished, I had a smile from ear to ear. It was absolutely gorgeous, and I was so glad I did the legwork to find All County Fence. Before finding them, I was beginning to lose hope that there were still companies out there with integrity, value, and that good old feeling that yes--there is still excellence out there. Let me take it another step further. If you're curious about aftercare, once again they blew me away. They replied right away. Karen called, and I have to say--I was genuinely impressed by how she assured me my concerns would be addressed. Shortly after, her crew contacted me, scheduled a visit, and fixed the issue. The issue had nothing to do with their craftsmanship--more to do with some of the lumber they received. I also want to send my gratitude and tip my hat to James--thank you, James. It's no wonder All County Fence is the best choice for anyone who needs a fence. People like James are a big part of the reason why. And you can't fake an A+ BBB rating. And here's the final touch--I had been meaning to write this review for almost a year now. Life has been busy, but even after a year, I still walk into my yard and smile--not just because of the beauty and value of my fence, but because of the people behind it who made it happen. Each one of them reinstilled my faith that there are still very good things out there. Thank you, All County Fence. You guys are the gold standard.

There are really three sides to doing a fence: Sales, Service from the office & Installation…read more My need: A full re-fencing of my entire yard. Quote range was $4500 - $5800 On the Sales side: The Fence Outlet sales person was great. Tyler, I think, was his name and he had no issue going to my house while I wasn't there (with my permission of course) and doing the quote and leaving it at the door. I got 5 quotes and, while they were mostly the same price, Fence Outlet came in slightly less. Even better, their price for Vinyl was only a couple of hundred dollars more than all wood and way less than everyone else's Vinyl fence prices. I went to the Oviedo office the day after my quote and signed an agreement and gave a deposit. That part was very easy. 5 Stars Service from the Office: The office staff are really great people. Cassandra is the main person I dealt with and she was extremely friendly and professional. Not everything went smoothly, though. My permit request wasn't put in for two weeks after they said they put it in and I had to call them a lot to find out why I wasn't getting a permit. I was told to aim for approx "3 weeks" but it was closer to 5. In their defense, I got this fence in the busy season so I'm sure things were hectic. My experience with Kathleen for the scheduling was very smooth and she got me scheduled as quickly as she could once my permit was issued. 4 Stars Installation: The guys showed up a couple of hours late but I did get a call well before hand informing of the delay. The installers showed up and got started but left early because they said they didn't have all the parts they needed. They said they'd finish up in the morning and that I didn't need to be there for that part. I was super skeptical though and was very delighted to come home the next day to a completed fence. They did an excellent job, although, they left some trash including rusted nails in my drive way and a piece of aluminum that would have easily destroyed my tire had I ran over it. But the install was great otherwise and the fence looks nice. 4 Stars Overall, this is a great company to do business with. Set some proper expectations and realize there are a lot of moving parts and I think you'll be very satisfied with Fence Outlet. I think the one main variable is the installers. While mine worked out fine, I know that contractors can be hit-or-miss so this could make an otherwise great experience into a bad one.
