We were so impressed with his work that we later handed Adam a copy of our survey and asked him to replace the entire 200 foot. My husband now grins every time he looks at the job, and chuckles whenever he opens and closes any of the four gates. He grew up with and worked with some of the largest architects and contractors on the East Coast. He has an eye for detail and can quickly find flaws. He said he hasn't seen THIS level of expertise, or better yet, OCD for the longest time. Aside from the insane quality of their work, Adam, Mike, and Jenn are honest and trustworthy. They even corrected us on a possible overpayment, which is unheard of anymore.

They hit a snag with the permit which was ironed out and approved by the City on 8/5/24. 100 days later, no word on when the fence will be installed. I've called and left messages for Cean who no longer answers. I called the office and went straight to voice mail. Left another message and no return call which is typical. I have to call and text multiple times to get a response from anyone and then the response is we'll get in touch with the manufacturer and will let you know what they say tomorrow......of course, they have never called back. I'm still waiting.....have paid over $3,000 in June and still sitting with no fence and no ETA nearly 5 months after paying the deposit.......completely pathetic. I would not re-hire this company nor recommend them.

If I could give zero stars, I would…read more This company installed a fence for my neighbor and somehow managed to turn it into a problem for *my* property instead. Without any permission or communication, they cut directly into my existing fence, damaging it in the process. No notice, no knock on the door, nothing. Just went ahead and did whatever they wanted. To make matters worse, they left debris all over my yard like it was a dumping ground. Scraps, trash, and leftover materials were scattered everywhere. It was honestly shocking how little care or respect they had for someone else's property. The lack of professionalism here is unreal. I have contacted two managers at the company and have yet to receive a reply. If this is how they treat people who aren't even their customers, I would strongly question how they treat the ones who are. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you are okay with them ignoring property lines, damaging existing structures, and leaving a mess behind for someone else to clean up.
