I made sure to be home during the scheduled 3:00-3:30 PM window, and around 3:35 PM I reached out to check if they were still coming. They explained that, because it was Mother's Day, their team was spending time with their families -- which I completely understood and respected. We then rescheduled for today between 1:00-1:30 PM. Unfortunately, by 1:36 PM no one had arrived, so I reached out again. I had rearranged my workday to be available for the appointment, but received no call, text, or communication letting me know they wouldn't make it. Fence and Plus LLC…read more Contacted Sonia, owner of Fence and Plus LCC for a fence quote including a front gate. She immediately set up an appointment and was early to our appointment. She was polite and very professional; explained their services to me in an easy way. Within a few days, I had my quote and it was very competitive with the market. I did my part (submitted the necessary paperwork to my HOA and within a few days my HOA application was approved). Sonia and her team got to work immediately, got county permits and make sure all service lines were properly marked. On May 1st, her team showed up at my home and did an amazing job. Rafael (the other owner) was here to install and explain each step to me. They triple measure my property to make sure they were right where they needed to be; installed everything, added cement to each pole; cleaned everything after them. The front gate took a bit longer as it had to be custom built. Rafael came back a couple of times to make sure the measurements were perfect and on May 25 & 26, the homes front gate was finally installed. Overall: it was a great experience; very happy with the whole teams professionalism and workmanship. Emilio, the installer, was great!!!! Super happy with the whole team and highly recommend them!!
