I decided to replace our existing fence in our yard and one of the estimates that I obtain from Ergeon by George Portill. Jorge was very professional in his presentation of replacing my fence. It was very informative advising how much each section would cost, by providing me a breakdown of each sections cost and material. I was very impressed with George's presentation and show me a picture of my house from Google and and where new new fence to replace the old fence. Which I thought was very nice very well prepared presentation answering all my questions that I had for him overall I would have no problem referring Jorge and his company Ergeon to anybody that was thinking of having their fence replaced. Julio was very easy to work with. He listened to my needs and was able to advise me on the city regulations as I was purchasing a corner lot. There were fencing restrictions that I didn't know about. Julio was able to discus the changes needed with me and adjust the quote accordingly. He was very responsive when I requested a a change on the quote or asked him any questions via text. It was very convenient to do a video call to get a quote instead of waiting days or weeks for a sales rep. Not sure why this isn't the norm for this kind of job. After video call, emailed them land survey and within minutes had a detailed estimate.
