The manager still charged me a full price. I was fine with paying it, hoping a retest would be free of charge, but they wanted additional $30 dollars for a retest. He could have at least just offered to pay additional $8.25 for the smog certificate for the retest, but he still insisted on additional $30. He just didn't care about what I was trying to tell him. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I started arguing with him about their customer service, the manager started yelling at me right away. So expect yelling if you have any issues with them!
