My concern was that when I asked about the difference between the quoted price and the final total, I was not provided with a clear breakdown of the charges. Had the charges been explained transparently at the time, there would have been no confusion. I also stand by my statement regarding the interaction. The lady was nice and provided the service as requested. Although I'm disappointed that my gel pedicure didn't last as long as it has at previous salons, also never had my nail polish split down the middle. The equipment is pretty run down and kind of dirty. Maybe I would return if I couldn't find anywhere else but it wouldn't be my first choice.

I accidentally showed up on the wrong Friday, and I was already so exhausted and overwhelmed, I cried. Yara, the owner, was incredibly kind and was full of empathy which we don't find anywhere these days. Instead of turning me away, she personally took care of me and did both my nails and pedicure. Her kindness meant more to me than she probably realized in that moment. And on top of that, she did an absolutely amazing job, I love my nails! The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing, with refreshments and snacks that make you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. It's also conveniently located in the Cambrian/Los Gatos area. Thank you, Yara, for being so gracious and accommodating. Sometimes a little kindness goes such a long way. I usually do my own nails at home so it was fun to get something different. I got a gel manicure, which I don't normally do because it damages my nails. I was so shocked a few weeks later when I had the gel removed, that my nails were still in great shape! They did such a wonderful job not filing too much of the nail down. Next time I decide to get gel, I'm coming back here because it's the only place I've found that doesn't ruin my nails in the process.

Making an appointment online was super easy. System was very efficient giving me a reminder of my appointment. Interior is very neat and clean, and every chair was full when I arrived. A large selection of polishes! All staff was very friendly, even if they were not the ones personally attending to you. I believe my technician may have been newer what seem to be an owner or definitely a senior technician was giving her instruction. On how payments and checkout were made. She did a wonderful job ! I usually just let my regular tech do whatever all I knew it was gel. So I ended up with just gel builder on my regular nails, which were rather long. Good that I did. While I was there, they got a lot of phone calls, and they had to ask those customers to come in at a later time . There're only two ladies working there, and they said it's always a good idea to call as they couldn't predict how busy it would be. Decor and massage chairs were of older styles, but everything looked clean. Environment was relaxing and staff was nice. I had the $33 Classic Pedicure, which included a scrub, massage and hot stones. The technician did a pretty good job, and was very efficient. I was happy with the result. Would love the massage to be a little bit longer, but at this price point in Los Gatos, it was very fair and I had no complains. They took Zelle as well.
