Seller Review for Felix Luck Selling our home wasn't just a financial decision -- it was a lifeline. After surviving three company layoffs, my husband and I knew we needed to make a change for the sake of our family's future. We turned to the only person we trusted for something this important: Felix Luck. Felix helped us find our home in Colorado three years ago when we relocated from Texas. That experience built a foundation of trust that only grew stronger over time. So when life threw us another curveball, we came back to Felix -- and he delivered beyond anything we expected. We asked tons of questions, and Felix showed up for every single one of them -- consultative, friendly, and always responsive. Even though he lives two hours away, it felt like he was always right there with us. Homes in our neighborhood were sitting on the market for over 100 days, but Felix had a strategy. We trusted his advice on cleaning, staging, pricing -- everything. And within just a few hours of going live, we had a verbal all-cash offer above asking. We were officially under contract within the first week and even got the rent-back we needed. Felix didn't just sell our house. He helped us turn a tough chapter into a new beginning. We are endlessly grateful to him and his team for guiding us through with heart, hustle, and true partnership. Buyer Review for Felix Luck Felix Luck isn't just a realtor to us -- he's family at this point. Three years ago, he helped us find our first home in Colorado after a big move from Texas. So when we needed to make another move for financial reasons, there was no question about who we'd call. After selling our home with Felix's help (and getting over asking in just a few days!), we immediately switched gears into buyer mode. Again, Felix came through. He moved quickly, advised us at every turn, and was always just a call or text away -- no matter how many questions we had. Because of Felix's fast work and strategy, we found our next home -- a beautiful retreat in Divide, Colorado -- and had our offer accepted within 24 hours. We couldn't believe it. This wasn't just about real estate; it was about securing peace of mind for our family and setting ourselves up for a better, more stable future. We fully trust Felix and his team. They don't just open doors -- they build bridges between life's biggest transitions. This experience has been nothing short of life-changing. read more

When my mom and I needed to sell my aunt's house after she passed away, we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. It was an emotional time, and to make things even harder, my aunt had been a hoarder. The house was packed, we couldn't even get inside at first, and my mom lived in another state. Everything about the situation felt overwhelming. We talked to a couple of agents, and one of them immediately had offered to buy the house himself for $140,000. The other agent also implied that we would lose the property to tax liens, which was not true. Felix informed us that there were no tax liens on the house at all. At the time,$140,00 sounded like a lot of money to us, and honestly, we almost believed him. Then we met Felix. From the beginning, he took the time to explain the probate process, answered every question we had, and connected us with the right people to help us through everything. He never rushed us or pressured us. Instead, he told us, "Don't sell it like this. Let me help you get what it's really worth." I'll never forget that. Felix never spoke badly about anyone. He stayed calm, stayed confident, and kept reminding us that people sometimes try to take advantage of families going through difficult situations. He promised he would do everything he could to protect us and get us the best outcome. And he delivered. Without a single showing, he found a cash buyer and sold the house for $370,000 with a 10 day closing. More than double what we were originally being offered. The money made a huge difference for our family, but what impressed me even more was the kind of person Felix is. He could have taken the easy route or pushed us into a quick sale, but he didn't. He put our family first every step of the way. He was honest, patient, hardworking, and always did exactly what he said he was going to do. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares more about doing what's right than making a commission, but that's exactly who Felix is. Thank you, Felix, for taking care of my mom and our family during one of the hardest times in our lives. We'll always be grateful for everything you did, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a Realtor they can truly trust. Thank you Sean west read more

Felix brings it all to the table! I began my condo hunt in earnest late summer/early fall and chose Felix and The Hero Team to help along the way. I had a good idea what I was looking for in the uptown/downtown markets and Felix kept me up to date with new listings, alternatives, and property tours every step of the way. He was a great help with market info and timing for the best outcome possible, even caught him pushing some of my papers while on vacation! By November, I had a short list with my new home consistently hanging out at the top. The specific market was a little down because of the current events at the time, and Felix helped keep an eye on and navigate through it. By this point, I had already done the prequalification with his mortgage financing guru Joshua Daniel (also highly recommend). Josh had my limits, expectations, and what I needed to do, well-defined, no fluff or overpromising! The entire Team, and timing, could not have been better! Offer made the day before Thanksgiving, accepted the Friday after, and from there, the experience was smoother than I could have ever imagined! The Hero Team welcomed Danae Hall into the mix, and with all of their diligence and amazing communication, we closed on New Years Eve, barely over a month from start to finish! We got in 30k below original asking and at a rock bottom interest rate! I am now 3 months settled in to my amazing new condo with the best views of the downtown skyline and Front Range! Thank you, Felix and the entire Hero Team! read more

Working with Felix Luck to sell my second condo this year has been another exceptional experience. Just like the first time, Felix delivered outstanding service, patience, and care throughout the process. Although the listing sat on the market for a bit, Felix's expertise and guidance ensured we ultimately got it sold--even while other units in the same complex are still sitting on the market. Felix is truly a problem solver! He navigated every challenge that came with selling a home in this market with skill and determination. From the very beginning, Felix listened carefully and guided me in the right direction, helping me make confident decisions during negotiations. Even while we were out of town, Felix went above and beyond, personally checking on the condo to ensure everything was in order. His dedication and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's been a beautiful experience working with Felix. He's not just an excellent professional but also a remarkable human being with bigger goals than just money or success. I can tell his work is deeply meaningful to him because he understands the value he brings and how each step contributes to his broader vision. Felix, I appreciate your hard work and dedication more than words can say. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to our friends, family, or anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Our family has worked with Felix on several successful real estate ventures since 2017, when he helped us find and purchase our first home. Felix truly embodies everything one could hope for in an agent on their winning team--deep market knowledge, a genuinely caring spirit, and a tireless willingness to fight for his clients until the very end. To say that Felix goes above and beyond is not just a sentiment. He worked relentlessly to help us find the mountain property of our dreams. Even when one deal fell through, Felix went to bat for us and successfully recovered our earnest money during a particularly vulnerable time, when my spouse was not working late in her pregnancy. That effort made a profound difference for our family and ultimately allowed us to move forward and secure the right property. What truly sets Felix apart is how he turns genuine care into decisive action. He consistently made us feel that our best interests were his highest priority. His attention to detail and depth of expertise--from building materials and hidden red flags to navigating the financial aspects of a transaction with near ninja-level precision--gave us complete confidence and peace of mind throughout the process. Thank you, Felix, for helping make our dreams a reality and for making it look effortless, even when we know how hard you worked to advocate for us every step of the way. read more

Felix was more than just our realtor; he was a friend, a guide, and someone we've watched grow into one of Denver's most successful real estate professionals. When it came time to decide whether or not to sell our condo, we were unsure. The market felt uncertain, and every other units in the building had been sitting for over three months with no movement. Felix came over for an appointment, walked us through different scenarios, and helped us create a smart, thoughtful plan. From the start, he rolled up his sleeves and truly got involved visiting multiple times, helping us prep the space, and connecting us with excellent contractors who got the job done right. His step-by-step selling process gave us clarity and confidence. We trusted him completely and followed his lead. The brochures and marketing Felix created were honestly the best we've seen not just professionally done, but meaningful and compelling. Before we even officially hit the market, he found us a perfect cash buyer. We went under contract quickly and closed in just a few weeks. What could have been a stressful, uncertain process turned out to be smooth and successful just like Felix promised. We're so thankful and would recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy. He's an excellent human and an outstanding agent. Thank you, Felix read more

The best thing about Felix is that he listens to you. From the first moment we met, he always carefully listened and tried to understand our situation, conditions, needs and wants. He never rushed us into chasing something, was even more patient than us, carefully reviewing every detail. Buying a house is such a huge decision that you have to live with it, and Felix knows what that means. His support helped us to really find the best option. He is calm and smart on negotiation, definitely has lots of knowledge and experience to close the best deal possible. Unfortunately we had a quite challenging mortgage approval process, it was like a roller coaster, and the deeps were highly discouraging. Felix never lost hope, was always seeking a way out even in the darkest moment. I could easily trust him even to take a risk of loosing earnest money. His character helped us to endure and never give up until last moment. And here we are, Felix helped us to achieve our most beautiful dream! I don't know how I can thank him enough or put into words what his support really means to my family. But at least I can recommend everyone reading this to work with Felix, he won't disappoint you or let you down. read more

I recently sold my condo with Felix Luck. It was a time sensitive transaction, and I was concerned as to how long the process would take. Felix immediately did a cost analysis of my property and arrived at a price that put my home at the top end of the scale for the area. Even so, he was committed that our property would sell quickly and began his program of advertising, listing and sign exposure. I knew that market was slowing down for sellers and I needed to move into another state in less than a month. He found a buyer and negotiate the closing date that was before I had to leave. We were able to close in 17 days! I got what I wanted for my property and closed the day I move. Felix was a pleasure to work with and always took any concerns I had and addressed him accordingly. I was always kept updated, and any advice or insight he gave me was, always correct and appreciated. Knowing I was dealing with professionals like Felix was comforting, but he made me feel more like a friend than clien. Felix made a stressful time much easier to deal with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, straightforward and dedicated Real Estate Agent. read more

Felix and his team have been tremendous to work with. I first met Felix buying my first property just over two years ago. It was a flipper house, so it needed a lot of work. The buying experience was very smooth, but I have already commented on that... The renovation and after the selling part of this property are more relevant to speak of. Over the last two years Felix was involved with the process in so many different ways. From helping us with visionary ideas on how to make the house better and more desirable for a young family, to actual construction work, to contractor recommendations, to negotiations - the list goes on and on. His efforts really show with the personally tailored experience. During the listing phase Felix involved a handyman, a cleaning crew, a photographer and a stager in a seamless process. His partner Jesse exemplifies the same qualities, and together they make a great team! Over the years we build a friendship based on help, trust and honesty that will last a lifetime. Cannot recommend Felix highly enough. He worked so hard to find the right house for us, he communicated effectively and very quickly any time we needed to contact him, and he never pressured us into a house. He gave advice when requested, but was never pushy about a particular property or a requirement of ours. Additionally, he fought for the house that we wanted at the price we felt was fair and succeeded in making sure we did not overpay, then he fought on our behalf to get the seller to fix some things before closing. On top of all that, he pays for the home inspection and a one year home warranty to cover unexpected repairs, provides a handyman for a day of repairs and a cleaning service upon closing. Since our new house didn't require any cleaning, he gave us a Nest thermostat instead. This is my first house purchase so I guess I don't know for sure, but this feels like someone going above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy, and I know I sure am. read more

We cannot recommend Felix highly enough. We used him for both selling our old home (that he helped us buy) and buying our new one, and he exceeded our expectations at every turn. On the selling side, his market knowledge and negotiation skills got us top dollar for our property in less than a week. Which was especially impressive because it was during a time when houses in our neighborhood weren't moving quickly. On the buying side, he listened to exactly what we wanted, found us our absolute dream home, and negotiated a fantastic deal that saved us a ton of money. His communication with us throughout, even after closing when we would still have questions pop up, was amazing. From finding a junk-hauler last minute, to driving over an hour both ways to look at a single home, we were able to depend on him for every big and little thing. Felix is professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled at what he does. Thank you, Felix! read more

Felix helped us with the sale of our home. Although, we were familiar with purchasing house but this was our first time selling one. He walked us through the process from the beginning and prepared us for the best results. Due to unprecedented events from the pandemic crisis, unfortunately, first two attempts fell through but he never gave up and ensure us that we will sell this house. Every time the sale fell through, he immediately found another buyer and we were under contract within days. Third times the Charm, that's right he found the buyers at the end and we closed the sale of our house as scheduled. He was very helpful along the process and resourceful, especially when it comes to finding contractors who helped us to fix few things at our house. His work ethics, transparency and constant communication made this process so much easy. He's definitely someone whom you can trust to! read more

Felix is an incredible realtor. I met him about four years ago when I was living in Denver. I was drawn to his warm smilie and friendly nature. Throughout the years I have become really close with Felix. He is one of the most unconditional humans I have ever met. Back in July 2017 Felix became the listing agent for my Mom's house in Roxborough Park in Littleton, Colorado. His knowledge of his craft in such a short period of time in combination with his innate ability to be real and just state the facts as opposed to trying to sell someone, led my Mom to go with Felix. Even though she decided to list the house above the price that Felix recommended Felix has not wavered in his dedication and tenacity towards selling my moms house. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Felix to anyone looking for a Realtor to help sell or buy their house, townhome or condo. read more
