I was tentatively investigating buying our family's first home. I somehow stumbled upon the Homesmith real estate website to view properties and filled out some contact information. He found us an awesome property within our price range that would work for us. We toured the property and put in an offer that night and Parker successfully negotiated down the earnest deposit. After that he handled all of my first time buyer concerns, contract contingency extensions, and lending questions.
