My accusations have been substantiated personally. Firstly, she will up charge, for example, her clinic suggested I go with the more expensive allergy medication on a monthly basis, when in fact there was a less expensive option approximately $100 less. Furthermore, I was able to verify that it was not necessarily needed monthly depending on the severity of my pets allergies. In other words, if my pets allergies did not return, there was no need to continue getting monthly treatments, although, I would receive monthly notifications that my pet needed more shots. In addition, Dr. Pfeiffer was verbally deceitful directly in conversation with me personally, in which her claims were proven to be untrue and in which she knew firsthand. In fact, the outright deception was of her making. Dr. Pfeiffer brings shame to this medical field. Although I cannot prove it, I would imagine the majority of veterinarians do not operate their business at such low standards. I will NEVER darken DR. Pfeiffer's doorway EVER AGAIN and in fact, I would not suggest Dr. Pfeiffer to my WORST enemy. In closing, the primary purpose of this review is to encourage others to ensure the veterinarians treating their pets are indeed ethical, and have your pets best interest at heart. I'm sure those reading this can agree when I say my pets are my children and their medical care is of the utmost importance to me.

She blew me off and told me she would call back later, but never did. when i called back, she full-on screamed "BECAUSE WE'RE BUSY" at me. I'm worried about my dog who is clearly suffering; i don't deserve to be screamed at because I called an entire *two times* trying to make an appointment . Because i am an idiot, i continued with the call and made the appointment. Despite me straight-up telling the very bad incompetent doctor that my dog had an ear infection, he swore that I was wrong and he did not have an ear infection, but rather, a pulled muscle. i believed him and started giving him painkillers for that. When the painkillers ran out and my dog was still miserable, i took him to a different vet. Guess what the problem was?? an ear infection!! and i didn't even have to get screamed at to find that out. Still, everyone has bad days. Whatever. But today i saw someone wearing a "Carbondale Vet Hospital" T-shirt. Thats right, they cant manage to take care of animals or be a good vet, but they can sure screen print some merch!!! Opportunistic and disgusting. NEVER go to these scammers.

They are all volunteers, all 40 or so of them, many behind the scenes, and they really do a great service to the community and to people who are looking for good cats. These cats will have great lives because of them. After having lost two older cats to separate, sudden and severe medical issues a few months apart in 2024, I stlll had one cat, but after some time I realized I needed one more to make my family complete. And not just any cat, one that I chose and that also chose me. I found him there, and what a nice fellow he is! With the help of the very nice volunteers I was able to apply for adoption and check out a handsome five year old cat who had no health issues, that was displaced through no fault of his own. It didn't take very long from start to finish. With patience and lots of love I am incorporate him into the family. He is a very loving and outgoing cat, to counterbalance my other sweet older one who is an introvert and sleeps all the time. The story is the "happily ever after" kind. I just can't say enough good about the people who made this all come together! So much was done before I got there to have everything ready to just add a new pet owner. I highly recommend Streetcats.

We've had pets for about 27…read moreyears now, and started using Good Shepherd soon after they opened a couple of years ago, just around the corner from us in Jenks, for our dog Molly. They became our favorite vet, hands down. Dr. Murray is kind, compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable, and so very friendly. Molly had an ear infection that just evaded diagnosis. Dr. Murray suggested that we send a sample to an outside lab. While that cost a little bit, it resulted in a specific diagnosis and treatment plan that kicked the infection immediately thereafter. More recently, Molly developed a bladder issue which we tried to treat for several months without success. Dr. Murray never pushed us to do anything, but was reasonable and explanatory all the way. She had a growth in her bladder which was not shrinking despite a few different treatment approaches, and at over 13 years old, we weren't going to subject her to surgery. When the very sad day came to evaluate end of life, Dr. Murray was out, and Dr. Webb guided us through the process - again with absolutely no pressure either direction. It's impossible to imagine anyone being more compassionate or understanding at such a difficult time. We don't have enough good things to say about her, as well as their vet tech (also Molly) that day. My wife and I still miss our little pup Molly (me especially). After it was over, Good Shepherd sent the nicest sympathy card signed by all their staff, along with two little sheets of paper with our Molly's front paw prints on them. What a beautiful thing to do. This review would not be complete without mention of the financial side. Veterinary medicine these days is not cheap! But Good Shepherd was very reasonable at all times. The cost of any extra check and the external labs was always made known to us beforehand. And Dr. Murray even called around to find the lowest cost option for a couple of medications! I believe their charges were more reasonable than any vet we've used before them. I notice their office has 5.0 stars on Google, for 33 ratings. There's a reason for that! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

He was taken in for an unknown injury to his leg. The vet performed an exam and prescribed anti-inflammatory and laser treatment. I have never been in this clinic without being "sold" a laser treatment. He treated the injury as a sprained tendon. Turns out there was a flesh wound which became seriously infected only 3 days later while we were out of town. By the time our caretakers took him to a clinic which performs thorough exams it was too late. Dr. Bailey of Southwest Vet Hospital charged us for an exam and obviously botched it, but sure didn't miss out on the laser treatment upsell. After reaching out to Dr. Bailey to remedy our dissatisfaction, we have been ignored.
