We recently hired Legacy Building & Design for a master bathroom/closet remodel. It involved…read moreremoving a 2-person Jacuzzi tub and vanity from the bedroom (yes, the bedroom itself) and using that space and the small closet area to create a functional attached bathroom and walk-in closet. The end result is nothing short of amazing. Jerry's design makes the bathroom, which includes a beautiful 5-foot walk-in shower, feel absolutely spacious even though the actual square footage was limited. The new walk-in closet is a dream. Jerry was professional and easy to work with.....accessible throughout the project and always willing to listen to my questions/ideas and offer suggestions. His employees and sub-contractors were all pleasant and well-qualified and every detail was attended to. The estimate for the project was all- inclusive so there were no budget 'surprises' along the way. I would definitely hire Legacy Building & Design for future projects and recommend them to all my friends and family. My only regret is that I can't give them 6 stars. (Oh yeah, we also had 15 windows replaced at the same time. This project also was a success and I would recommend Legacy to anyone looking for more efficient windows.)

We moved and instead of using ASAP we thought we would give another company a try and the owner showed up to do the work did the work on their own furnace in our new home and he was so unbelievably rude I almost kicked him out! We went back to ASAP and so glad I did. Very professional guys and very informative especially Bruce the head guy made sure everything was done correctly. Unbelievably helpful! They also put in a new vent that was very well needed under the kitchen sink with cabinets still there! They work hard. This bunch of guys were so polite and courteous. It's important to feel comfortable with guys in your home. On top of all of this I begged to get the work done sooner then they quoted me because I had dry wallers coming in and we wanted it done prior to that, and Melissa found a way to squeeze us in then she managed to do it again to do a final finish so we could temp use the room until our new window come in. We had Frey work on our house on a fairly substantial remodeling project, and I would summarize the…read morework they did as excellent. The project we did remodeled a huge section of our kitchen and dining room building a second story even. They helped us through every step of the project. From the initial design estimates, to iterating on our ideas and providing feedback, to helping select trims and finish, and then building the entire extension. They were always patient with us when we needed more time to think about the project, but they were always immediately responsive when we needed their input. They are certainly a premium contractor, but for a project of that scale, it was not something that we could have ever hoped to accomplish on our own. It certainly made sense for us to pick a excellent contractor who would be prepared for every scenario. And that is what we got with Frey. With a project of this size, I think common knowledge would cause the average person to assume that there would be substantial delays and setbacks. but the entire time we worked with Frey, there from the day they broke ground to the day it was done, they didn't slip a single deadline. Their staff was always incredibly professional. The subcontractors that they worked with were top notch. You could tell that the people who were here working on our home really cared about the project and wanted to make it good and make it right, and they would redo parts of it if they weren't done correctly. we really appreciated the attention to detail. There were many times when I thought that they went above and beyond to help make the remodeling project go smoothly. Notably, they helped move all of our appliances and counter surfaces into our living room so that we could continue to live out of our living room while our entire kitchen was being demoed and remodeled. It wasn't work that they needed to do, but they were more than happy to help. If we ever needed to do another large scale remodeling project, they would be the first people we would call.
