Get there at 4:30 and can't get in, so I called and knocked. No answer. Try the other side of the building and call and knock. At 4:39 a masseuse "Lada" comes to the door and tells me "please wait 3 minutes". So I walked around the block and come back about 8 minutes later and still can't get in... knock again and stand. She comes to the door again and asks me to come inside and sit down and to please wait. I asked how long very politely and she went off on me. Started yelling at me for no reason and telling me if you go to a doctor you need to wait,... guess what? you're not a doctor . Lady was incredibly rude for no reason. If anyone should have been upset it was me since I had an appointment. for the price they charge, you'd think it would be run better than some cheap Asian place but I guess not. Came with $300 cash in my pocket and left with it. Thanks Dr. Lada If there is any form of ownership reading this, I'd like compensation for having my time wasted and for being disrespected by your employee for no reason. Telling everyone I know to stay away from this place at all costs.

Upon looking at the website Yelp provides, I see very little information about the business. So where is what I found. This is a European style of massage which is safe to say will be nude without a draping cover. Granted you can get a towel if you ask for one, but remember, Europeans are less prudish about nudity and this is a European Massage. The cost of doing business at massage places has gone up with the cost rise of inflation. Massage use to be $70 to 100+ back in the early 90's. Then I noticed the price drop down to $55.00 an hour. The cost for doing business with Julia is $160 with tip rounding up to $200.00. The price isn't listed on the website, because Julia prefers to get to know her clients first. Julia might hate me for explaining this, but I feel one should know what the cost of business is up front. Then guest will know what their falling for. If you dare to do this, she'll be coming at you like a dark horse. It's the perfect storm. Julia was all business when I talked to her on the phone. It also gave me the impression she was with a client. I believe she is a one woman show and she works alone. I can appreciate that, because I work alone too. so there isn't 4 hands massage or body scrub/shampoo according to Julia. Nevertheless, I hope to make an appointment with Julia when my work schedule goes back to normal. I will then be able to write a review on the masssge experience.

I really loved the salt cave, itself. Beautiful inside, super relaxing and cozy. However: The place, in general, needs a sprucing up. The lobby/shop and bathroom all could use a good clean and maybe a paint job, and there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom, which kind of killed the vibe post-salt cave experience. We live in a city though and these things happen -- but a more dedicated focus to overall details of the space would make the experience even better.

It seemed there were a few snafu's that morning starting with folks that showed up for their treatments to a closed shop, and then we were told to be there 15 min before our session or it could be given away to someone on standby... so we RACED over and literally ran from the parking garage, but our session didn't start until 10:15 so we just sat around for 30 min waiting. There were lovely little tea and water glasses that said help yourself but there was no tea or water. I totally get that things happen- and we certainly were attended to- not a big deal. Everyone was very nice so what are you gonna do! We just wore yoga pants/active wear and clean socks as you can't go into the cave with shoes OR bare feet- so be sure to bring your socks! We were lucky enough to have the cave to ourselves by chance- but I may bring earplugs or an eye mask to truly zone out if we were sharing the cave next time. I wish the room was a bit more sound proof- you can really hear everything right in the lobby. It's a little distracting for a meditative session but I also understand that it's close quarters. There is ambient music playing that drowns some of it out! Otherwise the cave is really cool and you can tell it was a labor of love to build. I loved walking around on the "salt sand"! All in all I really enjoyed our experience. The owner was very nice and brings two large golden retrievers to the shop. I am a dog lover and they are VERY chill dogs- but just be aware if you're not a fan or have an allergy. We look forward to our next visit!

I cannot say enough positive things about massage therapy for my 6-year-old son. From the very…read morefirst session, I saw a noticeable difference in his overall calmness, focus, and body awareness. Eleni was incredibly gentle, patient, and knowledgeable about working with children, which immediately put both my son and me at ease. The sessions are clearly designed with children in mind--safe, age-appropriate, and focused on wellness. My son feels relaxed, comfortable, and even excited to go. After his sessions, he sleeps better, seems more regulated emotionally, and carries himself with less tension in his body. As a parent, it's reassuring to see a holistic approach that supports not just physical relaxation, but emotional well-being too. Massage therapy has become a beautiful part of his self-care routine, teaching him early on how to listen to his body and understand healthy ways to relax. I truly believe pediatric massage is an underrated tool for helping kids thrive, and I'm so grateful we found this. I would highly recommend it to any parent looking to support their child's well-being in a nurturing and professional environment.

She's freekin strong! She knows the body well! My right leg is way tighter than my left leg. She was working on my right and was like you need to stretch. As soon as she switched to my left she called out the difference in tightness. Like within a few seconds. There were a couple examples like that. Eleni likes to chat. I wasn't bothered and enjoyed most of the convo, but I could see a lot of people wanting a quiet, relaxing experience and you may not get that.
