I recently had the pleasure of working with the Feet First team for our departmental event for 130 employees, and I couldn't be more impressed. Love these people. Every single person I have interacted with is exceptional. Ken, Warren, Lisa, Dave, Kelli, and the many crew members who lead the events. Last week was the second time my company used them for a department event, completely virtual (first time was January 2020, in-person). We opted for the "Cyber Sleuths" event. Somewhere between 140-170 people, but they can accommodate more. We didn't know what a virtual event would look like, so Warren and Ken took the time to show us during a one hour live demo. Love that they did that. We've used other team building companies, and those companies can't compete with the energy and fun that Feet First brings to events. It's genuine, you can feel it - the event leaders WANT to be there. They have a way of transferring energy to people (yes, even people that don't like team-building) that I didn't think was possible. Before seeing them in action, I didn't think I liked team building events, and they made me a believer. We surveyed our staff after last week's virtual event with Feet First. Absolutely no negative feedback was received. Feedback included: "best virtual event I've had so far" "at first i thought it was going to be lame but it was pretty fun" "activity was awesome! Our Feet First virtual "Game Show" events (a series of five sessions) were fantastic! We booked the sessions just as Feet First was pivoting from in-person to virtual team building, so there were a few hiccups during the planning process, but nothing that wasn't easily corrected before the first session took place. Warren offered our planning team an in-depth (and fun!) demo and was always available to answer questions, and Lisa kept us up to date on all the logistics and Zoom details. Participant feedback: We sent participants a short survey after each session, and 87% of the respondents rated the event either a 9 or a 10 on a 1-10 scale. Nearly half rated it a 10! Thank you for a great event! I booked Feet First for a team building event at a Moscone Center conference a couple of weeks ago. Scott, Dylan, Cassidy, and Ted facilitated ice breakers and a bike build event for 50 people. The team was amazing onsite - on-time, organized, full of energy, enthusiasm, and humor, and had our group laughing and totally engaged for the entire 2 hours! So many attendees came up to me during the program and told me they're "not usually into ice breakers" but had so much fun during this one and that it was a highlight of their Conference experience.
